I understand what you are saying, but for example on the Demo 7 – https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop7/ – the image on the left has all the elements as a part of the image itself – https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop7/wp-content/uploads/sites/60/2016/06/grid17-400x366.jpg
What you have suggested in the screenshot would work at a satisfactory level only if I was using English language and the words I want to use have relatively the same length as in the demo.
In my case, the marketing message I want to use has more words, longer words, and it’s in Bulgarian, so if I did what you suggested in the screenshot the banner would look awful. That’s why I want to use a designer to make the banner pretty.
I have a few questions:
1. If I make a static banner that includes text and button, like the example in Demo 7 I showed above, will it be responsive?
2. If it isn’t responsive, can this be fixed by using Custom CSS and Media Queries like you said? Can you help me with this if I create a support ticket?
3. Alternatively, if the text and button are not part of the image, like the Demo 4 example you provided, can I create a support ticket in which I provide you with a PSD file of the banner, and then can you help with it being implemented on my site?
Honestly, I prefer a responsive static banner if possible, to make this process easier.

2. Sorry to say that but we do not have any Slider Template similar to it, You have to use Slider Revolution Addon for it, No other way with Slider Revolution.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Hi Team, Thanks for your wonderful theme. I found a loading problem of the “concept slideshow” On the first load of the web page the animated big image flip circle is not loading and showing blank. Once I reload the page it is loading then. I found this problem on multiple websites of my own.

You can create multiple layouts using Custom Product layout Builder, but you can only use 1 at a single time on your site from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product.
