Hi, I have a question Do I have to create different pages with different templates (example: hairdresser and barber) is it possible to upload two different templates? one per page?

Each demo has its own set of theme options. While we can import a page structure from another demo, we can not import the page styling of two demo’s together (as they have different theme options). You can only have one complete demo at a time but you can always import just the page structure/template from any other demo (without the same styling)

We can not do this without custom code or a plugin. However you can give the user to switch between Arabic and English (via the menu or any supported area) using a plugin such as WPML or Polylang

Hello, I am not sure why you have AVADA Travel under travel agency tag. this is more like a blog theme and nothing to do with travel agency or tour operator. Or am i missing something?

There should actually be no issues at all, you should be able to update from 5.4.1 to 6.1.2 without any issues, please make sure you follow our update instructions below.

Hello,
Perhaps this question has been asked, but I no longer see the Wordpress version of Custom Menu in the widgets area. I’m trying to add 2 custom menus to the Mega Menu in a single column, and all available widget options do not display in a vertical fashion as one would expect. Is this going to need to be done via code in a text/html widget? I just find it easier to add multiple custom menus to the mega and edit them from the menu screen instead of hard coding.

This is actually Portfolio Description area and you can disable this from Fusion Options > Portfolio Tab in each portfolio, a screenshot of this can be seen here => https://share.getcloudapp.com/KouegZ9k
You can also change this to some other string using translation method by translating/changing the string into something else.

How does one register the revolution silder plugin as the plugin says its not registered , how does one get the registration key
When I create an account on theme fusion it says that it will send me a link to authenticate so I can get access to the support ticket system. I Still Have not received any email to register me on the support system

- Any plugin bundled with any theme purchased via the Themeforest marketplace does not require an additional license for the bundled plugins and they work as expected with your theme. A plugin offers additional functionality and features beyond a typical WordPress installation, and you do not need additional licensing in order to use the plugin with your theme. You do not add a token or any purchase code to any of the bundled plugins, you simply install them and use as desired. The ‘activate’ notice you might see on one of these plugins comes from the plugin developer. Why do they add that? In short, each plugin is sold on CodeCanyon as a stand-alone plugin and what the developers do is create add-ons and additional content etc that can be accessed if you buy a stand-alone license.
None of this affects or alters the plugins core functionality or limits it in any way

FYI, I just viewed the Architecture demo from your site and the nav does not work properly on my Samsung S9 or S5 using latest Firefox or Chrome. I also viewed using Chrome Dev Tools and it doesn’t seem to work on any mobile devices I choose. Because the nav is sticky at the bottom of the page, when clicked, it opens but you don’t know it opens because the dropdown is hidden. One must scroll to view the dropdown menu.

The menu actually works but yes you need to dropdown to view the menu items in this case, this is actually a design which can be changed using our theme options, however I will see if for this demo we can change this out, thank you for your feedback.

Hi, one of the more recent updates has put a JS error on my website, so js forms etc will no longer load. jquery.js:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #! I have tried disabling every plugin at the same time and the error remains. If I change it to another theme the error goes away, so it seems to be in the core Avada theme. Currently running Wordpress Version 5.3.2 and Avada 6.1.2. Have you seen this before? Thank you

Please check each of your custom menus and make sure that you are not adding any characters such as #! inside the anchor, remove the ! if there is any, also check the content inside page for such expressions as well, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket and we will look into this right away.

If you have updated from a version prior to Avada 6.0 and are now running the latest version, you simply do not need to use the front end editor if you do not want to. The back-end is and remains active

I updated theme from Avada 5.2 and updated WordPress from 5.2.5 to 5.3.2.
Not able to see fusion editor Just show the button which says Fusion Builder Live which i don’t want to use.

That maybe due to some of your other 3rd party plugin that is not letting the back end editor load properly, can you please try disabling each of your 3rd party plugin and check again once, if however the issue persists please open a support ticket with our team from the link above.
