Hi geotec! You have updated WordPress not Uncode, in fact, if you updated WordPress to version 5.3, you need also to update Uncode to the latest version that is Uncode 2.2.6 (actually you have Uncode 1.5.1): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205

Hi, We have an issue on our site. The “Sold out” badge only shows on products, where stock management is disabled and the product is out of stock. It won’t display on products where the inventory is 0.
I have tried using this snippet: https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-show-sold-archiveproduct-page/ but it just add the “Sold out” badge in the top of the page. Is there any custom hook used for the loop products, that I would have to use, to make this work?
Hi zzbeck! What you request is not something native of WooCommerce (if you have the inventory at 0 it doesn’t put the badge, it only puts it if you mark it as out of stock. Thank you for the prompt reply. it seems that for the main shop page i have to hard code the title and subtitle in uncode theme options rather than in a content block or on the page itself. While this worked, it left me with few options for adjusting look & feel, other than adding inline div + class, which i did, and even then i had trouble with margin and alignment, so it does not look quite how i wanted it to look. Or am I missing something?
Hi gailstorm! Just don’t assign the main blog page to the WordPress Main Blog settings, so you can use the Theme Options to manage the archives and the “static” page to create the blog homepage. In this, thanks to the Content Block, you can share the content part… I hope this makes sense!

Hi, I’m having trouble to receive the proper help trough the support system. Since yesterday the consultant (Imran) is not even seeing the visual problem I have. And now that I send him the further screenshot with the problem marked in red, he finally see the issue. But he says that before he haven’t see it because the theme was ok. And he says that we have installed too much external plugin (we don’t! there are just the internal plugin) and that we have to uninstall the plugin installed right before the issues: we haven’t installed any plugin ever! Please help us with a proper assistance service. Imran is no good at it.

Hi bspinola! If you have this error it’s related to a Memory Limit issue, to quick workaround you can switch to the text editor and edit the shortcode, you just need to enter manually the ID of the category you want to filter in the “tax query” option, ex: https://undsgn.d.pr/DYmOyQ

We are sorry but there is not a method to load the page with a filtered category only when you use the Media Gallery, this is only possible with Posts module and Pagination… Anyway, all the elements will be present on the page. Doesn’t the small jQuery help you? Try to trigger the “a” not the “li”.

Due to the incredible level of Uncode as part of one of the most acclaimed WP templates, it would be awesome to put more attention to improve in a significant way the Woocommerce checkout process. It would take Uncode to a following level respect to its competitors.
At present, Uncode checkout process is simply by default and not designed for high conversion rates in mind. Its layout is simply and not user friendly. Just by default.
That improvement It’s what Uncode needs to become in one of the best WP themes over.

it’s www.bordegos.com. I have Quadmenu installed and can get it to collapse on portrait view of iPad but it shows all menu options and doesn’t show the standard mobile nav where it makes menu open and close.
Hi bordegos! If this is related to an extra plugins you should ask the plugin author some tips how to setup. In Uncode the mobile menu starts from the iPad portrait, on iPad landscape you have the desktop menu, not sure if this is what you need.

Yes, I recently updated the Uncode theme. What’s interesting is after the upgrade, it won’t let me update the Uncode Core or other plugins.

It just goes in a loop. It will allow me to click update but then it doesn’t actually updated.

I deleted the theme, then reuploaded a fresh install. That seemed to help with the updating a lot of the error messages and plugins. However, Uncode CORE is still not letting me Update. Below is the message…

Sorry for that, here’s obviously a problem with the server permissions or something related to the URLs.
Remove the plugin again via FTP, if by chance the folder was created (wp-content/plugins/uncode-core). Then open in the finder the theme you downloaded from ThemeForest: you should find the plugin uncode-core.zip in uncode/core/plugins_activation/plugins. Navigate on your site backend to “Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin” https://undsgn.d.pr/OW6zWl and add it manually.
