Sorry but the mobile theme does not use a footer manager so the layout of the footer will not allow a menu. Sorry. Only on the standard responsive version can you have in depth customization of the header, footer or content.

I downloaded and installed the latest theme updates. My site has stopped working. (Www.wiesz.co.uk)
A few days earlier, when I was writing, I received quick answers to e-mails. Now I wrote to support with this case 2x – I haven’t received a response in 3 days.
My site is still down. I’m losing traffic (I currently have paid campaigns from a marketing company).
The site is very important to me. I spent several thousand pounds on it.

Hi, Sure thing. Please use this guide and choose the FTP method as it is the best option. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Simply delete the theme folder and upload the new version. Then access the welcome screen and press “update” for the theme plugins. That’s it.

Hi. Does this theme have some sort of “membership” functionality? I will begin a new project soon for a magazine but they have this need to limit the amount of content a user can see unless he pays to become a member. Assuming you guys don’t have something like this, is the theme compatible with the plugin MEMBERPRESS?

No, at the moment our theme does not have such a functionality implemented. There are plugins that do work like memberpress but they only work on the standard pack implementation. The cloud library templates will not work with such plugins because of the way the templates were built. Our cloud library templates are a custom implementation and plugins are built on the default WordPress code.The newer demos are built entirely on cloud library templates, so they will not work with such plugins.

Assuming i’m using the standard pack implementation, can I still use all the available demos? I’m asking this because I’ll meet my client soon and I’d like to show a few demo options but only those that are compatible with memberpress.

Sure thing. The standard pack does not influence the new demos. You can install any demo if you have the standard pack enabled/ Some demos require it , some demos do not. A demo that cannot be installed will let you know of it’s requirement like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/MCSb2ZL84z If you have both the newsletter and standard pack plugins installed then all demos are available for import.

The sidebars in the new pro demos do not use the widgets area but are created directly in the page builder. They are added ion each page in particular or each cloud library template. Edit the specific page or the specific cloud library template using the tagDiv composer in order to change the sidebar content

From what I can see there is no AMP version. Are you sure it is set correctly? Please check again, follow this guide https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/ Install the AMP plugin and the mobile theme, then choose one of the options that use AMP, in the theme panel https://prnt.sc/qz9zrz After doing this check if AMP works by adding /?amp to the end of the URL, for example https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/?amp

The header will not get blocked if you use the header manager. You need to add left and right margins to the header zone using the header manager.

The backgrounds of the headings of the blocks and widgets use an image. You can find the image under the demo folder where you can change it to your own image but keep the same name and size for optimal results.

The theme has been reworked in a good way to only load the css valid for that page. However my category pages 2/3/4/5 etc are all displaying blank even with a “PRO” template.

The tech news pro by default does not show breadcrumb as can be seen here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech_news_pro/category/mobile/page/3/ I added the breadcrumbs using the composer but i cannot detect any issues with them. They work fine. I have just tested the pagination again and we cannot recreate the mentioned issue. No issues were found. It will need to be investigated on your site in particular but in order for us to do so, you will need to renew your theme support using this url: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

for me it was corrupted. I redownloaded that cloud template 3x and each time gave the same result. I downloaded a few different category templates to try and they all worked properly. I went back and tried tech new pro category a 4th time and still gave the same result.

Seems there is an issue indeed, the row containing the post loop element is set to be hidden on pagination. Please edit the category template with the composer and un-check the option for the row https://prnt.sc/r8ukz7 Then the template should work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience.
