What is the reason the content on my homepage go’s crazy after some small changes? I only changed the menu style at theme options to check it out and put it back and after that I changed one section from the home page as no visible and after that a lot of other sections looks strange. The icon does not appear because of the CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server what you can see on https://prnt.sc/r0no1y
More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.

we are very sorry to hear that your website got infected but we guarantee that this has nothing to with the theme. In such case, we recommend to clear whole server by removing everything and then upload the most recent version of BeTheme without any 3rd party plugins that does not come bundled with theme.

Hi there. I have checked with my programmer and hoster. It seems Slider Revolution bundled with theme is infected. It keeps creating malware files while it is activated in backend. Please advise how can i get this plugin clean.
If you do updates on time, it is not possible to get the site infected by Slider Revolution. This plugin is safe and does not contain any malware if you do updates on time.
Since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

I deleted a website that had my license code on it and now I cannot register the license code on a new website. I do not have support left anymore so I cannot contact you directly. How do I fix this bug, so I can use my license code on a new site? I get this error “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: larskjeldsen.dk.linux309.unoeuro-server.com” but that site doesn’t exist anymore so I cannot go on there.

Hi there. I installed the theme yesterday, and somehow I have two separate instances of “events” in my dashboard (see screenshot). One includes a section for event locations, one does not. Which one am I supposed to use?

Sorry, one more question: do all child themes not include the “events” feature? I decided to do a fresh install of Wordpress, and installed the child theme Tutor. Now the events section has disappeared entirely from my WP dashboard.

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can find out more by visiting the links below:

All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

Hey guys, I used the Sport Theme for a new website. At the products area I tried to add some add. content, like a description or in this case a red frame. But, this one will only new showed over the pictures. But I need this at the bottom, right over the top of the footer. Is there a possibility to get this?

I can not register my new website. Because I need to de-register a previous website, that is gone now, even the domain is gone. There is no way to do this and the support is too costly: I don’t want to pay two times for this. I would rather have another theme that does not come with this limitation and complex registration.
