The featured image is visible on the mobile but not on the desktop. What is the issue?

You may be using a post template that does not show the featured image like the post style 5 in the standard pack or a cloud library template that does not have the featured image shortcode. There are several processes for the simple fact of not giving due credit to the photos! And the problem is that if I change the post template, I have to create widgets, etc.!
The correct thing would be credit in all the Templates … And this problem is not only in the Theme Newspaper. Several others make the same mistake!
Could you help me insert credit in the Single Template!
After a few days, I notice some annoying mistakes. For example:
1 – The absurd delay in saving a post and, even worse, in TagDiv Composer, many times, it just doesn’t save!
2 – The site was much slower
3 – The page is loaded completely unconfigured. Only after a few seconds does it return to normal.
Now there is a lack of slowness and the css problem when loading the site!

TagDiv folks, my sincerest apologies. I managed to solve the problem loading the site. It is still far from what I would like, but it looks great! Now, all that is missing is the problem of loading an unconfigured page, an image and only then the correct page … Again, I’m sorry for the email and messages!

That could be caused by a number of reasons but i suspect cache problems. First, please disable rocket loader on your cloudflare account and then disable all non theme plugins and all cache plugins temporarily to test and see if the issue still happens. If it goes away, then you will need to identify the plugin causing it.

The Envato platform does not allow the change of a theme so there is no way to make a transfer. However you can request a refund here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and then purchase the theme you initially needed

When I add the share buttons on a post its not grabbing the seo title or meta description is only sharing the homepage information?
when I go to the facebook debugger page it tells me this information is all missing:

how do I fix this?
I think there is something wrong with 10.3. I upgraded this weekend, and installed the Style News Pro for my site. Now my site takes 16 seconds to load. After talking with Wordpress (They are my hosting provider and I have the business hosting service there), they said it might be a plugin, but I disabled all plugins with the exception of the tagdiv related ones. It didn’t decrease my load times.

ENDLESS single post LOAD—when scrolling down on a single article (shortly before you hit the footer) the NEXT article is automatically loaded ! I tried that on the tagDiv PRO demos (e.g. https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/) ? Why is that? I tried on different browsers and with different PRO themes. My own installation shows the same feature and first I thought it is an issue on my end but now I am seeing all PRO demos act that way. IS THAT A SETTING I can change? I just want to display a single post. Also: I downloaded DEFAULT PRO footer and also LIFE NEWS footer BUT both can’t be edited with TEMPLATE EDITOR which throws an error. Seems a problem with the templates.

According to this “pre-made” answer https://themeforest.net/ratings/3072757 TagDiv is unaware of any issue related to auto loading even if hundreds of customers report it doesn’t.
They swear issue is with “you” not being able to set it up correctly and they ask you to renew your support to fix your “own” particular issue because it works for many other customers.
Well, it’s not a “particular” case, here is why : Auto loading aka infinite loading https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/ is broken on some cloud templates. It doesn’t work on Animals PRO for instance, but indeed works on other like Gadgets PRO.

My advise next time is to ask customers which cloud template they are using so you can make tests on the same environment on your side and discover your clients are right before staging “everything is fine” (aka you dumb customer).

Since this issue has arisen, we have identified this issue indeed. It was hard to debug as it only happened in specific conditions. Only on old demos that used google+. Since google+ was removed, the error began to happen on all of them that still used G+. The solution is very simple. Remove any call for the google + network from the specific demo. We will fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hello, after update from 9.8 to 10.3 i have on my page only tagdiv code. I updated plugin but dosnt work. is there any solving?

For those who have problems with only code being displayed: Make sure you update and activate (!!!) the essential plugins from the plugin page of the theme (composer and such).
TagDiv, you didn’t fix the preview bug with the new version. That’s very lame, sorry. This bug is completely breaking the workflow and it exists since NOVEMBER!

Sorry but the mobile theme does not use a footer manager so the layout of the footer will not allow a menu. Sorry. Only on the standard responsive version can you have in depth customization of the header, footer or content.
