Hi there,
I am trying to create a contact form that displays a drop down for the user to select a category in which they are contacting me about.
I currently have Contact Form 7 installed.
Can you tell me if there is a way to have a drop down of either all the categories including the parents, or even better, have the main parents and then display all the sub categories of that parent?
Any advice would be great thanks.
Hello, search for Contact Form 7 addons, like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-post-fields/ . Either plugin or custom code can do that. Thank you.
Hello, there is a data protection issue with the resume URLs. They show the candidates address in the URL. How can this be changed?
Hello, please create a support ticket and provide your site URL. I do not see a candidate address in the URL, and you can see it in the demo. Thank you.
Before purchasing, is this theme compatible with Elementor or Beaver Builder? Thanks!
Hello, it has included WPBakery page builder. Thank you.
We didn’t test it with other builder as there is no point since we specially integrated WPBakery.
is there the Italian language?
Hello, the WP Job Manage plugin has Italian translation, but the theme and rest of addons need translation. Thank you.

Can I change the post type from “job” to another and remove “company” post type?
Hello, you can change the “job” slugs in permalink structure, also to translate all the phrases. There is no company post thank you, it is just a custom field. Thank you.
Hello,
Presale question please.
I have checked your theme. I like the look it’s like professional. Is it possible to publish the work, somebody to accepted and pay after the job is done and admin can take the percentage? Like a Freelancer, Upwork or Fiverr?
Thank you for your time!
Hello, no its not such sort of a theme, it is a job board. Thank you.
Thanks!

Is anyone else having trouble with support? I am asked many support questions and have no replies back. I may need to report them soon
Hello, sorry for the delay. I just replied to all your tickets. Thank you.
I have set a limit on one of our packages to 1 posting per user. But I have a user who keeps using this package weekly for new postings. Why is the limit not working?
Hello, what is the job listing duration you have set? It’s better to contact the plugin developer with this question. The theme has literally nothing to do about it. Thank you.
Hi,
I have posted several support questions after renewing support many days ago and still haven’t heard back. Please can you tell me when you will be able to reply to these?
Thank you.
Hi, I am interested in this theme.
I want to create a portal where candidates register and companies and approach them using the portal.
Would this be possible with the theme?
Hello,
there are candidate and employer user roles. What exactly do you mean by approach? In details please.
In essence, candidates can send their resumes to employers, and candidates can be contacted by employers.
Thank you.
Is it possible to create limitations for each package? Perhaps a limitation for description characters, number of countries available to choose, number of links to website/social or upload of logo. Just to create a bigger difference between our packages.
Hello, it’s only possible with code customizations. Better place to ask is a plugin developer support for more concrete directions. Thank you.
Hi,
I am trying to display a list of categories from one parent category.
I currently have the following shortcode:
[jobs_categories columns=”1” jobs_counter=”yes” hide_empty=”0” type=”group_by_parents” order=”desc” number=”100” full_width=”” from_vs=”“]
which displays all categories.
The category from which I would like to display has the ID of 66.
can you tell me if there is way I can filter the shortcode to show just the child categories from the parent of ID 66?
Thank you.
Hello, sorry but I said to you several times before, that to continue receive support you need to renew support package. Thank you.
Hi, I have now renewed support. Do you have a helpdesk/forum I can post my questions in?
Thank you, please use this form:

Hi, I haven’t heard back from the support questions I posted on your helpdesk. When do you think you can reply? Thanks
Hello, we are not usually working on the weekends, and by the support rules sometimes answer can take up to 2 working days. Thank you.
Hi there,
Please can you tell me which page/template the actual job listing detail page uses so I can set up the meta?
Thanks you
Hello, it’s single-job_listing.php, thanks.
Thank you
Hi I have another question, where do I change this text: “There are currently no vacancies.”? Thanks
dear all,
I would like to buy your template but before that, I need to know, does your theme has some features that I need or not?
1-Job offers
2- job Agencies:
2-1: register agent
2-2: agents can register users or candidate
2-3: admin can see users registered by agents
3-: admin can generate reports as excel about agencies information
Thanks in advance
Hello, the #2 is only possible if you give agencies an access to WP dashboard with specific user role and configure specific rights for the so they only can do what is allowed. There is not such thing in WP Job Manager like agency who can manage other profiles. Thank you.
We have a job listing package which offers a 7 day free listing, yet some users keep using this package over and over again, after the 7 day period. Is it possible to stop this, either by adding limitations to the user or the package/product?
Hello, did you set “Job listing limit”? This questions is about the work of WC Paid Listings plugin. Theme is not involved in this process. Thank you.
Thank you. I found it.

You need to read description of what you are buying, we stated this information several times.
There is a special refund request procedure here, no point to post this in comments.

Hello, Can I just post a job as an admin and put a ‘link out’ without having to register an employer, company profile?
Hello, yes, of course. Thank you.
Okay. Please what is the minimum requirements for a hosting server?
Same as for WordPress, or better to follow the WooCoommerce requirements: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
Yes I know but what I’m asking of is the best server hosting requirements needed for the theme.
I don’t want to buy a hosting space that I don’t need. Is it okay to use a Shared hosting or it must be VPS hosting?
Another theme I bought the other day has this requirements below, before you can install the theme.
.........................................
PHP.ini’s Post and memory configurations upload_max_filesize = min 128M memory_limit = min 256M post_max_size = min 128M (For large data websites, post_max_size needs to be increased as per need.) max_input_time above 300 max_execution_time above 300 max_input_vars above 5000 safe_mode=off allow_url_fopen= on
https://themeforest.net/item/jobcareer-job-board-responsive-wordpress-theme/14221636/supportThose are requirements, I don’t know what else to recommend. Just pick a good WordPress hosting. It doesn’t matter, it can be shared, but something well known and rated. We are using Siteground, and we have no complaints. Something like their plan GrowBig would be fine. I recommend to avoid the cheapest plans.
Please does the theme have the related job feature; where I can have related jobs after every single job page?
Also can I infuse Adsense in between jobs on the home page? Like AdSense after every 3 job listings on the home page?
Hello, there is no built in related jobs feature. There is a plugin, you can try it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpjm-related-jobs/
For the Adsense – I don’t know, I think there are also plugin that do that. I never deal with the Adsense before.
Thank you.
