1- there is a bug. I have enabled Form ID and names of review criterias: 2:Design,Price,Usability,Battery

so when a user submits a review/rating using the form in RH Frontend, the review and rating do not show.

It’s not clear what you mean. You asked about user ratings in comments, it’s not clear why you mentioned Rh frontend. Enable user ratings in theme option and make post as review type

To create the same bug please follow the below:

In current point, I see that you added custom tabs via plugin Woo tools. It’s really has no sense when you use Content Egg layouts, because all of them make tabs automatically for many modules. So, if you want to add custom tabs – add tabs which are not existed in product. There is no sense to add youtube tab when your product layout already have Video tab. The same for news. Product layout already show news block. So, my first answer was correct. You should add some unique tabs to product. If you prefer to use own custom tabs, use any Product layout except those which start with “content egg ..” – your current product layout is “Content Egg List”
