Hello, I have 2 Problems with the WP Bakery Plugin (Jupiter Theme).
First I want to give a text-element specific alignment for normal and mega desktops. I found the option (please refer picture below) but WP bakery doesn t makes a differnce between normal and mega desktops. Is there another possibility to place the textelement specific for a device or is this issue caused by “faulty” WP bakery ?
Secondly I have a problem with the anchor / Section ID configuration. I integrate a anchor / section ID in a specific page section so that the menu item in the header bar is marked when you reach the page section. (please refer screenshot) My problem is that the mark in the header bar doesn t popup for the whole section. Can someone tell me why it doesn t popup in the headerbar for the whole section? Thanks for your help, I hope you know what I mean.

Thanks, I can’t give you the link because the site is in staging mode but i have found a solution. The cut title was only in the top bar.
I activated the title of the blog which was deactivated in the demo. I hid the title from the top bar (which was cut, it ended with dots).
At that point everything was ok, the changes in the customizer for the blog title also worked

Hi, we deinstalled Jupiter from a domain. We can not install it again on an other domain????
Hello, can you please help us? We bought Jupiter and installed it once. Afterwards we removed it completely. Now we have tried to install it again on another domain. But the license check says it is already installed. But this is wrong. Can you please make sure that we can install the theme without restrictions? After all, we paid for a complete license and not for a time-limited one.

Hi, I have an issue with the single post templates in Elementor (I’m using Elementor Pro).
I’m creating a template for the “blog single post”. In “settings” > “page layout” > and even if I choose “default” or “elementor full width”, whil in Elementor’s preview everything is fine, actually ,the post are still embedded in Jupiter’s default post layout with its sidebars, page layout and widgets.

Changing the colors of a selected template, i.e. the Services/Repair template from yellow to blue is literally like coding the theme from scratch. There must be an easier way to edit the “accent color” than trying to figure out the entire stylesheet and overwrite it with !important rules, right? Some kind of “change accent color” like in pretty much every WP theme known Plllleeeease! Thanks in advance

The colors in Jupiter X are set for the sections/columns in the Elementor editor, also some colors may be set in Customizer settings in Jupiter X > Customizer. If you want to change background color for some element, you need edit that page in the Elementor editor and set your settings for the section or that element. Thank you.
