Is it possible to use animated headings and color just one word differently. it seems that it only allows one color for the whole thing currently.

Hello! No, sorry, there isn’t, accent color is a global and cross-cutting option that applies to any skin since it must give consistency to the appearance of the site, and light and dark skin can be next to each other on the same page.

ok.. I show you my problem. Have a look to the accordion in the test website at the link below. I’m using an accordion inside a row with blu background and dark skin for the column. This blu is the same blu as the accent color (which is the corporate color).
As you can see, on hover state, the text switch to the accent and become invisible.
This is why I would introduce a variation for the accent on dark skins.
You have this “bug” on buttons item too.

The code above force all the links on blue background to be white. It is just a starting point, you can customize it as you prefer, changes it for “hover” state, particular elements etc.

If you mean with “active” the state when the accordion is open, in this case isn’t a state defined by the pseudo class `:active`, but you have to find the real selector used in the CSS file:

Hi! I’m managing a customers website that has been built by someone else. I just updated to the latest Wordpress version – and some stuff crashed (logo in the header, top slider and some other images). Had a look and realised that the site is running Uncode version 1.4.1 – which most likely is the problem. But theres is no option available to update my version of Uncode. Why is that? The person who built it must have bought and acitvated the theme. Shouldn’t updates be available? Could I buy a new license for the latest version and somehow update from that?
Hello, if I have understood correctly, you should ask to the person who bought the theme: updates are available if you have a license code, i.e. if you are the owner of the copy of the theme. Uncode 1.4.1 is about 4 years old, and the update method has change since then. Updates are constant and free only for those who can prove that they have actually purchased the theme, this is one of the few ways we can fight piracy, as you can well imagine.
To update from Uncode 1.4.1, I recommend to make a backup, and to follow this doc: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001205-Theme-Update in particular the chapter “Manual Update method”, since your version of Uncode is earlier than 1.8.

I have a live shop running on your theme which encounters a bug on mobile devices whenever trying to checkout. It says there was a problem with the items in the cart and deletes them from the cart. This doesnt appear on desktop. Any idea why this is happening?

Note that this can happen for browser rendering issues, for example if the ratio of the thumbnails create a height with decimal number, you can have similar browser rendering issues. For example if the height of the thumbnails scaled is 115,5 px with a decimal number.

Sorry but this is the sense of my message: browser has problem with decimal measures (and you can find tons of posts on Google, ex: https://www.chenhuijing.com/blog/about-subpxiel-rendering-in-browsers/ ). In fact only some of your images have this problem, since when scaled the height of the media produces a decimal value. Try to paste this code in the CSS option ( https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/213456149 ) of the page (this should eliminate the decimal value, not sure it works, please test with a real device):

In the last few days I noticed that our site decreased its load speed performance. I don’t know the reason but, images in index page images take longer to load more than six seconds. More than six second in turn from blur to the complete loaded image. Also I noticed that all the images in the page load at the same time. No one is shown till all the images are full loaded.
how can we solve that loading time issue?
FYI: - Reported to our SP, and the server performance is ok. - Using Adaptative images, and all the option in Performance section turning to “on”. - All the images sizes optimized. (No more that 10 in index page). - Theme & plugins updated to the latest version.
Any idea in reference of what´s the problem?

Hi AOVE! A theme is a set of static files, in a few words they are not modified during time if you don’t update the theme and bundled plugins. So it seems that you are experiencing some server issues if now you are experiencing similar problem (the server is a live environment, probably they modified something upstream).

Anyway, it’s not easy to debug your site from here but for what I can see you have tons of extra scripts, super heavy Google video files, and as expected the server returns a 403 error (that is a server error for definition) when the admin-ajax.php is invoked (this is a native file of WordPress that is used by the Adaptive Images).

would you be so kind to give me any guideline for try to solve the 403 error and what’s happens with the admin-ajax error? Maybe that could be the problem. We have several plugins, yes, but typical when you develop a multilanguage ecommerce site with Woocommerce and a non dedicated ecommerce theme.
We tested the site deleting the Youtuve video background, and the problem while loading the images still persist.
Whats the time in seconds your computer load the images in index page? Aprox. 6/7 secs?

Hi AOVE! We are sorry but we cannot help too much from the outside if you have an odd issue other users don’t have (and moreover this happened without an apparent reason), moreover if this is a problem of Uncode you should have in all your Uncode websites. Instead you should ask your host why you have a 403 error on one of the native file of WordPress, since 403 is a server error not a theme error, this is the definition of 403 “HTTP 403 is a standard HTTP status code communicated to clients by an HTTP server to indicate that access to the requested URL by the client is Forbidden for some reason. The server understood the request, but will not fulfil it due to client related issues.” The admin-ajax.php is used by the Adaptive Images (so you can try to disable) but this is not root cause of your problem, this is probably only the moment it manifests.

I see so much extra stuff that is not possible to understand the reason from here ( https://undsgn.d.pr/5mgTrV ). As suggested if you want to momentary fix the problem you can deactivate the Adaptive Images but the problem is that admin-ajax.php returns a 403 server error.

Well. The issue has been solved simply deactivating the adaptative images. And now, images load instantly. So, then, what´s the purpose of Adaptative Images?
Just talked with our server provider, and let us know that the 403 error is caused simply by due to server security protocols they limits the Ajax calls from different foreign countries.
And, the problem with adaptative images consist on each image require an ajax call with POST method. These types of calls are not cached on the server, that is, they execute code on the web server and return a response or action. Of all the calls that a website makes, let’s say they are the heaviest and the ones to avoid.
So I don’t understand the purpose of using Adaptative Images option.

As told this is not the root cause of your problem but only the moment a problem occurs. But we are in the country of our servers. No problem for Ajax call for us. Still not understand.
We´ll check all our sites developed with Uncode and test it deactivating Adaptative Images. It´ll be incredible to verify that this option has been sabotaging our websites performance.

Hi RDmagic! What version of Uncode do you have? Probably you have extra plugins installed during time that create the conflict, unfortunately we don’t have other similar reports so we don’t have a quick solution for you, try to disable all extra stuff.

https://imgur.com/a/eg2LFf4Hi RDmagic! What version of WPBakery Page builder you have? After the WordPress 5.3 update Yoast creates an issue with WPBakery but they fixed in the latest release that is part of the last version of Uncode, so it’s pretty odd if you have the last Uncode version.
Hi. I’ve bought the theme and I must say I am impressed and it’s a pleasure to use it.
The only thing I don’t like is a lightbox used, especially the way it behaves on mobiles.
User experience is far from one that other modern lightboxes provide. Sliding the photos is difficult and unpredictable, there is no way to zoom image which is really useful on quite small mobile displays, Lightbox is often triggered by mistake as it reacts for more touch events than is should. Switching photos is slow as the current animation needs to be finished before change to the next photo is enabled.
Is there any chance you will add possibility to change the lightbox implementation? I’ve browsed through other comments related to lightbox from the past and I’ve seen that a lot of people’d been complaining about the iLighbox experience.
As for the rest of this great theme this lightbox seems to just not fit, it deserves better

I have two more questions. I like the idea of custom fields but as far as I understand, the only way I can use them is adding them to Post elements layout? What I’d like to do is to refer them in any Heading/Test block, so for example I could create complex header content block with dynamic text fields that would be filled with custom fields values. Right now I can select ‘get the title’ or ‘get the excerpt’ which is great, but possibility to select any custom field value would be more flexible. Or maybe there is a way to do that?
The second question is about great Post settings->matrix layout in Posts element, where I can easily define the repeating pattern of eg. sizes of consecutive portfolio elements. Why there is no such an option in metro Media Gallery element?

Hi krwawian! When it comes to custom field is a chaos since any user expect something different, some users need a value, other users need a string, some users need a number. We thought about this too but it’s in the list for the second major update this year (note: not for the next one which is all about other features).
This I honestly don’t know now, I think simply because when it was created it was not necessary and no user ever asked us this features (in this I can’t tell you if there are any technical limits, I should ask the developers).

Yes I know and I deregistered the first website because now I will build the new version with Divi theme. But I want to register a new unique final website using this key as it will not be used anymore on any other website. So the key will be used on one final website, it will just be a different one than before.

I bought the uncode license in 2017. I haven’t updated the site since 2018. I went in today. And When I went to settings saw for product registration: It states in red – Not verified – Please register your copy of Uncode. So I followed the instructions putting in my username and the new API token, and my license. I get the message: Invalid credentials or your Envato account does not have Uncode among purchased items. I purchase/licenses and API token are correct. I tried both my username on my Envato account and my name as listed in the license certificate with the same results. Please advise on what to do. I am happy to pay for support when I running into issues with the site. But I should not need to pay to get the product register especially since it was registered and validated previously.
I bought a UNCODE theme some time ago. The website I used it for, is not exist for a long time. Can I use this template to create a new page?

Hi furkansoyler! There are some plugins that disable right click, but they can work for a basic user, consider that an advanced user will always be able to download an image, since at the end each image is always referenced by a URL that can be found in the page code.
