Is there an easy way to change the order how columns are displayed on mobile?

I’ve got a 7/12 – 5/12 Container where I’d like to show the 5/12 Container on top of the 7/12 on mobile devices but keep the 5/12 column on the left side on larger screens.

Please create a row and set columns for desktop and edit column settings and go to responsive settings and disable columns for mobile as shown in screenshot: https://jmp.sh/hCmOixn

And do the same for columns specified for mobile columns disable them for desktop.

This is the only possible way.

Hey guys, I’m currently using Porto Carousel and I wanted to embed two videos with the cool “carousel-ipad carousel-ipad-sm”as the Extra class name.

Is this possible? If not, what’s an alternative solution to having a rotating carousel with two embedded YouTube videos?

Mostly works, but I can’t “flick” with my thumb to move the items across the website, I can only “click”?

I’m using a text box as opposed to an image box. The image box was able to be flicked, the text isn’t. Any suggestions?

You can change the Number of Columns on Shop page from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/WfRTqSH

Sorry to say that but these is no option in the Theme for it, This requires Customization. You can contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Thanks for your reply. I was not talking about the number of columns though, I was talking about the cellspacing between the columns. The white space.. Not the number of columns.

And for removing it from Mobile, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi there, my support has expired but not all portfolios are showing inside a portfolio page. I am using I.D’s and for some reason, some work and others don’t? I have made sure “Blog pages show at most” is set to 99.

Please make sure that you have assign/set featured images to all the portfolios, If not then assign/set to all and recheck your site after removing the browser cache.

If the issue will not solve then please purchase the support extension and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details because your 6 months of support period is expired from 01/11/2016. You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

This is your site any third party plugin confliction issue, Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Deactivated Now: Borlabs Cookie | WP Fastest Cache

And the problem is still there. And none of these plugins effects my other sites (which are running with other themes but still with wpbakery…)

I have translated the theme into Arabic by adding (WPML) and I have a FOOTER problem when I change the language to Arabic. The FOOTER does not appear knowing that it has been translated.

You have to translate the Footer as well, Footer is basically coming from Widgets and Widgets are coming from Porto Functionality plugins, you have to transalte Porto Functionality plugin as well, and also if you are using Blocks in Footer then you have to edit those blocks and translate those blocks in all the languages you are using on your site and try to check your site after removing the browser cache, Otherwise, Please contact WPML support here: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/
and ask to properly translate the site for you, they will do it for you or provide you the best possible solution for it, This is just the plugin setting and not properly translated issue.

2. Porto WordPress is fully responsive Theme and Images getting small on smaller devices automatically like Mobile,Tab etc..

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Theme with AliExpress plugin till now, so if you want you can try it, but Porto WordPress is fully Compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins, and Dokan MultiVendor plugin is also pre-bundeled with the Theme Package.

This is not the Theme but the Slider Revolution issue, Please once test the plugin with default WordPress Theme Twenty Twenty and check the plugin behavior, If you will find’s the same behavior with default WordPress Theme as well then it will clear that the issue is from Plugin and in that case you have to contact Plugin Author, Otherwise, contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check it for you.

Hi. When will you release an update? The last release from december has several bugs. For exemple, the Porto Products Element, when choosen Load More style, if you click on Load More button, the element loads allways the same products. If you choose Pagination Style, the pagination does not work at all. There’s also a compatibility problem with the newest version of Yith Wishlists. The heart icon does not apear on products archives and on product page, there is a css bug on wishlist icon. Also, if you click on wishlist button to add a product to the wishlist, and after that you click again to go to the wishlist page, you will get a 404 error page, and the wishlist page is configured properly. Also, when you select Transparence Images layout for single products page, you will get an ssl error for ajaxloader.gif. The Corporate 11 model is beautifull, but unfortunly, the menu doesn’t change its position on mobiles screens. On these type of screen, the side menu takes a very large part of the screen and the content gets weird. It would be great if this model could change the header/menu behaviour on mobile screens to a sidebar menu toggle style with header on top. Please, do not misunderstand me, this is a great theme and i allways give it a preference when building something for a client, but these problems are compromising the integrity and quality of my projects, so I am telling you what I discovered so far, and asking you: Please fix it. I do not have support anymore and i do not have intention to renew it now, but I belive that you have a concern with the quality of your products as so do I.
