I’ve launched my site here: fourdayweek.co.uk, but my customers are having issues logging in. Once they’ve created an account and log out or in again, they are taken to the Wordpress login and not my site login. I tried disabling the Wordpress.com login via jet-pack, but that put me in a loop from sign up > Prove you’re not a robot and back again. Could you please advise? Many thanks, Julius
Hi, have you tried it with enabled option in Listeo Core -> Registration -> Enable Forced Front End Login ? Do you have any other plugins that could affect login proces? This ” Prove you’re not a robot ” seems like some custom thing

I have tried with forced front end login, yes. It still takes me to Wordpress login when I log in or out (occasionally it takes me to my own site). I’ve only implemented these plugins that weren’t part of the workscout pack: All in one SEO, text change, google sitemaps, cookie notice and Mailchimp.
I have two plugins deactivated which came with it:page optimise and classic editor.
I’ve currently enabled Wordpress login again through jetpack as the robot thing was worse than the Wordpress thing. Any ideas?

Hello, I’ve create Three menus, One for primary for those who are not login in to dashboard, second is Student Menu for Students, and third for Employers, I’ve set them as it says in documents but it doesnot work, can you please tell me why.

What do you meant? Creating Multiple menus for different roles are not allow any more?
It was used in the old dashboard, the new one has predefined menus at this moment, they have a bit different structure so it wasn’t possible to create them using Appearance -> Menus, but I’ll try to change it for future update

Hi, I have not yet buy WP job Manager plugins but, on demo preview of your website, when someone login as employer, he can create resume and he has the ability to send job applications. I think that it should disabled by default and users with employer role do not be able to have access on candidates’ services. Candidates too not be able to have access on employers’ services.
As an example if I log in as employer, I can select the page submit resume and to create one.

That’s only on demo, the theme you get has it separated in dashboard menu, but generally there’s no restriction for that in WP Job Manager https://wpjobmanager.com/document/the-employer-role/

It’s a default tile, just edit that element in Page Builder and you can rename it, you can’t remove it

When I use the ‘Search jobs banner’ element in Visual composer of Workscout on a page, the page stops working correctly. Other elements are not visible anymore and the styling is messed up. I want to use the ‘Search jobs banner’, why is this causing errors?
Because this element was not updated for the new 2.0 layout, I forgot about it because most people use it as page template (that works correctly). I’ll push update for it

sorrry about that Job Overview thing, I just pushed update to 2.0.8 that fixes that. However the categories and regions search does work correctly, regarding your page you should be using sidebar search form on this page https://rrhhjobs.com/empleos-de-rrhh-listado , not the same template as on home page

I have some pre-sales questions:
1. Is it possible to add other filters to the theme (e.g. category, working-time, benefits etc.) the employer can choose in it´s dashboard or when listing a job 2. It it possible to add some more fields to the company page (e.g. more pictures, more info etc.) zje employer can add via it´s dashboard. 3. Is it also possible to turn of the candidate-login. So candidates do not need to login and don´t need an account. I it also possible to redirect to the employers own career when a candidate is applying?

I am a recruitment agency, I am looking for a theme that I can upload jobs, and have candidates apply to me directly – will this theme work for that? For example when candidate ‘apply’ the cv will just come through to me directly? Thanks

It might be caused because of wordpress admin bar and there’s no fix other than hiding it. Does it work correct on our demo preview?
It looks fine with your demo except the subscribe button at the bottom is cut off. I am going to delete and try again from scratch then monitor as i go through each stage.

Have you tried different browser on that phone? What’s the resolution there? it’s weird that it doesn’t have any margins, maybe you zoomed it?
I am on chrome. Just tried Firefox and it is the same. 2340×1080 is the phones current set resolution.
Please note, it is margined below the find a job section. It’s is just that section that seems to have the problem.
Update. I found the problem. Nothing to do with the theme. Text and display settings are Extra Large and Large on my phone. That must have magnified it as setting to normal makes the site look as it should.

Hi, I would like to ask you…if I have regular license, can I ask from employers to pay for job listings with job packages? On regular license, envato policy says that end users are not charged for end product. If employers pay, isn’t it license obstacle?
We never got a clear answer from Envato about that, those license terms are not sensible to be honest. But don’t worry about that, you can use regular license.
