Please help, I tried to update avada theme but error, error message: there has been a critical error on your website. Can I just re-upload the theme or what should I do with the theme. Right now my website is on recovery mode and using default wp theme but I need the avada theme up and running asap. Thanks for your help.

There should be no issues with the update, however if you are getting any Fatal Error, please reinstall theme again and make sure all the patches are applied, in case the issue persists please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Avada with SVG Logo … oh what a nightmare!
1. Logo created correctly in Illustrator with dimensions set in svg file. 2. Logo not displaying on Header, Sticky Header or Mobile 3. Set dimensions using CSS (should’nt need to do this!) 4. Logo still not displaying on Sticky Header 5. Logo not displaying Firefox anywhere
Tested and working fine in many other popular themes so this is an Avada issue. Please can you look into this.

Regarding the issue you posted however, please understand that as far as the SVG file is created properly as discussed in our doc post here => https://bit.ly/2Vj14n9 there should be no need to use custom CSS at all and this works as intended in our theme, please recreate the SVG if you are still seeing issues and if the problem persists do open a support ticket with our team from the link above.

Adding the width and height dimensions to the SVG file resolved all display issues.
I could not raise a ticket as support had expired, however as the client is now happy and I am happy you can now be happy as I have purchased an 11th license.

Can I use this theme for multiple domains?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Is it possible to see which elements (i.e. columns, images, etc.) on the page have been clicked on (or opened)?
Our client would like to see which elements on the page is the most popular, in order to establish where on the page each element should be placed.
We have searched for an existing plugin to assist us in this regard, but couldn’t locate one that can do this.

The recent Slider Revolution update seems to have broken a bunch of my sliders. I am seeing something that says “Custom Content” now and the sliders aren’t loading, although many of my older sliders are still working despite most having the same slides. I have absolutely no idea what the broken sliders have that the others don’t, nor how to fix it. Really annoying since these sliders have been working perfectly fine for years without any issues, and then an update suddenly broke them.
I am trying to re-create those sliders manually, but it won’t let me copy the working slides into a new slider using the Import Module method, since it says that the plugin isn’t activated and therefore doesn’t contain all of the Slider Revolution features. I tried inputting the theme purchase code into the activation field, but that failed.
How do I fix this issue and how do I get the plugin to fully work without a purchase code directly from the plugin author? I certainly hope that I do not have to purchase the plugin now to get that to work, especially since their update is what broke it in the first place.

Fusion Builders plugin is conflicting with WooCommerce. Is this a known issue after the update?

We have restored a backup and then started updating Avada and WooCommerce again. Again we get a WSoD …
WooCommerce update wasn’t a problem, after that we did the Avada update with Fusion Core and Fusion Builder and after that we got the WSoD.
Are we the only one having problems with this?

Your last Update make problem with Mailster. I can’t switch between HTML and editor on Mailster after the Version : 6.2.1. There’s no any problem if I désactive the Plugins “Fusion-core” and “Fusion-Builder” .

first of all , outstanding theme!
i would suggest a new feature and that would be a header builder ( both vertical and horizontal ) or better said like this a header builder for:
1. Vertical menu
2. Horizontal menu
3. Vertical and horizontal menu ( sticky)
I would say if you will include this in your theme than it will have everything.

My apologies, there was indeed no issue with the update itself, this specific patch that is released was due to 3rd party plugins not using widget title filter properly, If you check the WordPress documentation her => https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/widget_title/. You will notice that the filter is supposed to have 3 different variables passed to it. The problem occurred because we were expecting those 3, but some plugins only pass in 1. The plugins should be passing in 3, but at the same time we can add default values to prevent PHP errors from happening. So the code we added makes it safer and will prevent it from being an issue. In general the plugins should be updating to include all 3 parameters, since this is the way WP intends it to be used.
