Hi, I bought the license for this theme. I worked on a test site which, due to server problems, I had to move. Now I can no longer activate the license on the other site you test because it tells me that it is already activated. On other topics I have a site where I go to manage the license. Where do I find this setting for changing the theme you made? Thank you

If you install test and live site in same site, like subdomain you do not need to inform us. You can activated . If you install cross domain. In that case you need to inform us to remove your old site. Thank you

Please check server configuration.Memory limit 256mb, execution time 300s, post max size 32mb, upload limit 32mb. Then it will import easily without any issue. Thank you

Good morning, maybe i don’t know how to use Visual Builder (Wp Bakery) but in my opinion it seems to have some bad restriction about Text tag (h1-h2-h3 etc…) that i don’t understand.
I work with Divi Builder and compare Wp-Bakery it seems to be more elasticjust with tag text (you can choose for every text which tag to use, size, font family etc..)
The text in the slides are H2/H3 and if i want to have this text H1 how i can do?.. I don’t find H1 in your template..could you let me know where is it?
For the rest of the texts i have to create a special class every time i want to have different tags or different font-family or different size or other parameters?
Please let me know how i have to work with text class. Maybe do you a have an explanation video.

You can put your own custom text for phone which will use that. We do not apply that by default because our many customer do not want that. Thank you
I haven’t been able to update the Cleaning Services Core to v1.9 yet, it gives me an error when I try to do the update from my WordPress dashboard. Please deactivate your licence and then try to activate again. May be for some how your tocket of the site is changed. If you move site from other domain , let us inform. So that we can remove old licece.

Ok when I deactivated then activated the license, it does say that “This licence active in Another Site” I probably had this setup on one of my test servers a while ago. So can you remove that domain from the license? How do we go about doing this?
When you need to remove old site inform us we will remove that. If your test site and live site from same domain you do not need to contact us

I’d like to know if there is a annual cost for the required plugin quoted below or any of the plugins required for the theme to function. Our choice is Demo 1, the one that has “A Caring Cleaning Team” on the slider.
“What happens if Cleaning Services Core plugin is not kept updated? Can it be safely deactivated or is it required?”
We are just starting out and don’t want to have to pay for all kinds of plugins to make the theme work.
Also, when is the scheduling thing going to work? Does it function as a form now? We’re good with just getting an email with the from fields filled out on the form.

Cleaning service core must need to activate and update. It is our theme core plugin. You do not to buy wpbakery, we provide update of the plugin. If you need there premium features in that case you need that. Thank you
