I need install in other site and i can´t, “Code is already registered for other domain” Why???

Please understand that each WordPress installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

This means that you need to deregister your purchase code from your previous website and register it on a new one.

Hi, For some reason I can’t submit a ticket, so I will use this comment for your help. I’m using Bridge with Elementor Pro. I built a header template and included the site logo widget. Sadly it is not displaying the logo. If I go to widgets, I can’t define my site logo. I tried defining my logo through the Bridge options, but that did not work either. What am I doing wrong?

PS. I using a development which can only viewed from within our own network, so I cannot share an URL and/or credentials.

Hello, I had bought your theme before. I use it on several different sites. But after the last update, I can install it on only one site with a license code. Do I have to pay 60 dollars for each site to install on different sites?

As per Envato license, you are opt to use one theme per license, therefore you need to register your purchase code. This means that each installation requires a separate license.

Bridge owner here. I performed a regular update as I have for some time now post-license (simply clicking ‘update’ on the dashboard), updating Bridge theme files, WPBakery Page Builder, Bridge Core, and the latest update appears to have disabled the website. are updates to these files being bricked? cannot edit a page since WPBakery Page Builder is not loading at the moment. please advise, thank you.

the site is live but the error i received when all themes/plugins were updated is the following:

Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write content in (url path… moduls/core-dashboard/core-dashboard.php) on line 69

i had to // comment out that line to allow the site to come back online

however, when going to edit a page, WPBakery Page Builder doesn’t load and affects the page from loading fully (can’t hover WP sidebars properly, for example)

so i believe the issue is w/bridge core, not WPBakery Page Builder

Hi, I was wondering if there are any known issues with importing the Bridge Original (Elementor)? My site has all the proper PHP limits and all of the plugins are installed and activated. When I select the import type “ALL” the demo theme stops at 72% (left for hours). I then tried to import each component instead (Content, Widget, and Options). The Options selection was the only one to go to 100%, but everything else fails. Is there a workaround to get the import to work?

Also, I have disable all of the 3rd party plugins.

After 4 hours of researching, trial and error, cross-referencing your tech specs with my server, and assessing everything, I discovered that “Elementor” was the issue. I had to upload a theme that used WPBakery instead of Elementor. Sucks because I really like the components of Elementor, but oh well…back to WPBakery it will be.

Hello. The logo in the header on my site has disappeared. I have looked at many previous tickets with this issue and none of the solutions are working. I reinstalled the VC (WP Bakery) plugin and I am running the latest Bridge update. I emptied the the cache. When I disable the VC (WP Bakery) plugin the logo is there. Please help! Thank you.

It is a bit hard to be able to check this on your end as we do not have your website URL. It might be that you did not update the theme and its plugins. Since the version 20.3 there has been a latest version released 20.5 and Bridge Core plugin 2.1.8 so please try to update the theme according to our tutorial. As well as it might be that you are using some 3rd party plugins that might cause a conflict with the theme, so if you are using any please try to deactivate those.

What you can do is to send us a mail at helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com and our support team will be happy to investigate this further more on your end if you provide them with your website URL.

To export the content of the website, navigate to Tools > Export and export entire content from there https://prnt.sc/r7ep7i. After the export is finished, you will get the XML file which you can import through Tools > Import https://prnt.sc/r7epx0.

For options export, navigate to the Qode Options > Import/Export Options and copy the code from this field https://prnt.sc/r7eqi6. When you want to import those options, again navigate to Qode Options > Import/Export Options and paste the code in the Import field.

An important note is that this will export all content and options from your website. You also need to make sure to copy custom CSS code if you added any to the new website.
