Hy, i have a question regarding the blog page. firstly The date format of blog comes with date & month only not year, how can i add year?
Secondly the time format comes with 24 hours format,how can a 12 hour format be chosen and adding to this the time doesn’t comes with A.M or P.M it shows only “h” for hours and this “h” also comes in lowercase not uppercase i.e “Posted At 21:05h” which looks very bad. how can this be changed please help me or in your new update please make it right.

So I had to take down my sites due to malware. I am trying to setup my site again and I am having issues importing the theme. It only tells me to contact support once it reaches 98% of the import… Can you help?

Please note that our themes comes with both Elementor and WPBakery plugin which you for sure can use. However certain demos are built with Elementor and certain are with WPBakery.So if you wish to use a Elementor demo then we can recommend you to Import the demo content that is from that demo. The content that was made with WPBakery will remain on your end, however if you deactivate WPbakery plugin you will not have access to its shotcodes and our themes shortcodes that were built with WPBakery and the content will be displayed on the front end like code. You can as well check our tutorial about the differences on the plugins here I hope this helped and let us know if you have any additional questions.

Same problem as ‘davidpapis’ – Custom CSS changes not being applied on latest version. I have checked and refreshed any caches. Not looking for support as have sorted it with a custom CSS plugin…just providing feedback.

Please note that once testing the custom CSS on our local installation everything works as intended. So it is possible that you did not target the right selector, as we can not recall having this issue. Please check that as you should not need to use a plugin as you do have our themes options in Qode Options > General > Custom CSS where the code that is put inside will be applied for sure.

If you want to change the color of the 3rd level menu only you can do this by adding this code to Qode Options > General > Custom CSS

}

My support has now expired, but I ought to share the fact that Revolution Slider latest Version 6.2.1 (26th February 2020) breaks several things in Bridge, notably simple stuff like scroll wheels on mice can’t scroll Bridge theme sites. It’s due to a JS error in Rev Slider, so not a Bridge fault but causes several problems… I just rolled back to Revslider Version 6.1.8 (31st January 2020) and it’s all working again.

I have been trying to update the WPbakery plugin to version 6.1 for over 2 months now and i have been unsuccessful as I’m being posed with the following failure message-
“An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

Thanks for using our theme! Please note that WPBakery deos come bundled within the theme and does not need activation of the license. You can read more about bundled plugins here. The right way to have the latest version of the plugins would be if you update our theme, as that way you will get the latest theme files as well as the latest version of the plugins that comes bundled within the theme. Actually, I have gone through these steps. But still I’m receiving this error message I have updated the Bridge theme multiple times. but for the past 2-3 months I have not been able to update the WPBakery plugin.
I even tried deleting the Envato Market plugin and reinstalling the latest zip file and reverifying the OAuth token, but the same error message is popping up whenever I’m trying to update the WPBakery plugin. Is there anything else i can try with this?

Maybe you should try to deactivate and remove WPBakery from the Plugins > Installed Plugins https://prnt.sc/rftbmc https://prnt.sc/rftcav and install it again, as described here:https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002285058-How-To-Install-The-WPBakery-Page-Builder-Plugin
This way you will install the latest version of the plugin. Hope this helps

Hello. I install my bridge theme in my local machine and register with a test domain that doesn’t exist anymore. I remove this installation and try to do a different one but now says “Code is already registered for other domain”. How to deregister a domain ?
