Dear suppport,
I wanted to build a new website from scratch, so I decided to reinstall my WordPress application. On the previous installation I had an activated Bridge theme running. However, I forgot to deregister my theme. When I tried to register my bridge license in my new WordPress application, it told me this: “this theme has already been registered on another domain”. How do I fix this?

Yes, you can set-up loading animations in Column Settings https://prnt.sc/rdnpnu or you can use Animations Holder shortcode https://prnt.sc/rdnq3u https://prnt.sc/rdnqed for that purpose.
In case you are using single image shortcode, you can also add animations there https://prnt.sc/rdnqyz.

I purchased this plugin and installed the bundled plugins, but now WPbakery has stopped working and i checked in the plugin section and there is an update available, but its saying:
"There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 6.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?"But i got this as a bundled plugin and dont have a license, so what can i do… any help will be greatly apprciated.

I would kindly ask you to check if you have your theme and its plugins up to date, you can read more about it here, as you should know that within the latest version of the theme you do have the latest versions of the plugins as well.
You can as well read more about bundled plugins here.
Also try to deactivate your WPbakery plugin and delete it, after that you will get a notification that you do need to install the plugin, Install it and activate it. Also go to Settings > Permalinks to reset your permalinks and try once again if this will work.

Google Page Speed Insights test for the Bridge Theme (most up-to-date) is now showing extremely LOW SCORES, which are affecting my clients websites tremendously … And it is NOT just our clients websites, we also tested BRIDGE DEMO sites in Google Page Speed Insights and they are ALSO scoring VERY POOR … i.e. FURNITURE BRAND DEMO = 9!! (on mobile) .... ARCHITECT (a newer demo) = 14 (on mobile) . . . TRAVEL DEMO = 8! (on mobile) .... This is BAD-Google definitely dings sites for MOBILE SPEED … it NEVER used to be this way with the Bridge Theme-which we LOVE and have used fro MANY clients sites. What’s going on? What happened??? VERY CONCERNED

When it comes to the demo speed please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed – so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site’s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.

How to change title blog from h2 to h1??
Hi there,
Only page/post title text uses H1 tag. So if you want to activate H1 titles via options, you need to enable title area under Qode Options -> Title. These settings will affect all single posts unless there is a different setting in single post admin. Otherwise, if you want to keep title area ( and title text ) disabled, the only solution is to replace H2 post title (below image) with H1 by modifying blog_single-loop.php as we explained. If you do it via child theme, your customization will be update safe.

I installed the template, but i can’t take out the Bridge Logo. I updated it in the Qode Options/Logo and saved, but when i go out and come back, Bridge logo is there again. What can I do to put my logo?

You should know that you do have Global options for the logo in Qode Options > Logo, as well as you do have the same options on a Page, so please check your page and its settings as if the logo is uploaded on the Pages settings it will overwrite the Global Options. Hello, I bought this theme a couple of years ago before you had to pay for WP Bakery. It’s now not displaying as it used to, do I need to purchase a license for WP Bakery for the blocks to display as they did? Thanks x

Hello! I installed the theme with no demo. When I try to edit or create a new page on the website I get 404 “The page you are looking for is not found” if I disable the visual composer plugin, I can edit pages. I have the last version of the theme and the server configuration you say on the documentation. What else should I configure? thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Please try to reinstall the WPbakery plugin that comes bundled within the theme, so deactivate it and delete. Then you will get a message that you do need to install WPBakery plugin as it is required. Please install it once again and then go to Appearance > Permalinks and reset your permalinks.

Thanks for writing in! Do note that we do have certain demos are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site,
You could have both plugins activeated, however we do not recommend that as well as your pages that were made with WPbakery will be visible on the frontend but you will not be able to edit them with Elementor. You can check our article about the differences here.

Hi, Im wondering if its possible to make a custom page design for the courses. The current design doesnt match the flow of the rest of the site ive created. Im using Elementor, so would love to be able to make a custom design for all Courses, where the relevant information for each course is then inputted into. Is this possible.

Please, note that Course is our custom post type and it is part of Qode Course plugin. You could only install this plugin in order to have this custom post type available and add your courses, but they do have a specific layout which is applied to them and you do not have an option to change the layout within the themes options.
