Hi Undsgn team, I was wondering how to change the text color of a button? I do not see this in the settings, unfortunately. Furthermore, I changed the format of the button to ‘flat’ but it still shows as ‘outlined’ when hovering over it. Look forward to your feedback!

Hi iamhugo! Not sure this works but probably you can use the Icon Box module, insert a custom image Media and use the Lightbox option here to load the PDF (as told I’m not sure the Lightbox supports PDFs).

Hi ttenhacken! Unfortunately at the moment there is not an option for this, sorry. Tried now with some CSS but it’s not possible. You should use a Child Theme and apply some PHP modifications but it’s not always easy when it comes to menu area. In case this is vital for your project, please open a private ticket so we can support you with this.

Hello, my client requested another font, which I have installed on theme at Fonts Stack from Uncode options. I have changed the font-family for .font-762333 in css file style-custom.css but the outcome is very very weird. On some pages it works, on others is totally another font. The other font is neither Poppings (what previously was) nor Comfortaa (the font that I installed).
I must say that the text that i want to change font is the category name in header, on shop pages.

Hi heviutza! We are sorry your support expired but support expiration is not something we invented for Uncode, this is one of the master rules from Envato for any themes. Also when you buy a car or phone after some times the warranty expires and you need to renew it or pay for support services. We as an author, also have to abide by the terms of the contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and the marketplace’s own interests.
Note anyway, that style-custom.css is not a file you can edit manually, this is a file generated by Uncode based on the Theme Options, so I strongly discourage to edit it manually. Moreover, some errors are generated by custom codes you inserted as this uppercase text is something custom you inserted manually: https://undsgn.d.pr/PngE6p
I completely understand, believe me I do not want to offend any party, and I always was and still am very pleased with the strong support your team provided me over the time.
But is it a better solution if i add this css code in Dashboard -> Uncode -> Theme Options -> CSS & JS -> at CSS space?
I must say that i cannot change the Font Family from Dashboard -> Uncode -> Theme Options -> Pages -> Header -> Title font family, because in the list it doesn’t show the new font that i have installed (Comfortaa) so i cannot change in that way.
We are just explaining why support is not offered here, we can try if it’s something easy as we do but it’s not possible in all cases. Yes this can be a better solution but from what I can see the problem is that there are codes different codes that have intertwined, believe me without access it’s not easy to help you but there is some confusion that has been created.

Hello, I come back with feedback. The problem is fixed now, I have the same Font Family, all in Uppercase on all shop pages and product categories. There was such a mess on the pages setup that was actually causing this weird outcome, so of course it was my own fault for making a mess.

Hi dtxl! Thanks to the Page Builder you can use plugins in each portfolio, you just need to see if there is a plugin that gives you the possibility to create multiple loops of photos. I don’t know if there is some plugins that can do this. I know there are good plugins that create a feed of Instagram images but probably they only works with a unique loop (like import all your account photos).
Otherwise, you can use the oEmbed feature of Uncode, but this is not a live stream, this is a “manual import” of each photo (so it’s not automatic), and if you use this method is native of Uncode and you can have all the options and layouts of Uncode galleries. At the bottom of this page you can preview a super simple layout just to show the import possibility (Instagram / Flickr Gallery example), ex: https://undsgn.com/uncode/features/media-gallery/

No sorry, this is no more possible with the GDPR privacy regulation since to have this feature you need track the user IP to avoid a user can apply the vote multiple times. This was an option until a few years but was removed after the GDPR. In fact for the GDPR the IP is a personal data and you cannot store these datas (or better you store but you need to alert the users, so now its too complicated). I hope this make sense!

Hi ArrowLine! What ticket you refer? Unless you asked for some customisations you should not need any CSS to recreate all you see in our demo, so in case these CSS were suggested upon your request. When you request custom modifications or custom codes (that I remember are not part of the item support policy) it may be that the support agents suggest a code, but then maybe this code may have an effect on something else that wasn’t foreseen at the time… this is something normal when it comes to development since it’s not possible in first analysis to establish all the combinations. Anyway, all you need to do is ask for a correction from the agent who helped you.

Great theme is still working perfectly after more than one year active website. My old client is asking for a few changes and i seem to be struggling with one.
Is it possible on shop pages mobile version to have the sidebar of Product Categories at the top of the page, as opposed to how it is now, at the bottom of the page?
For example if you go on the main shop page of my clients website https://culturadestrada.com/shop/ with your mobile device, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to get to the Sidebar. He is asking that the widget PRODUCT CATEGORIES to be at the top of page.
Also, he wants on shop pages (main page and sub categories) to display 2 products on a row on mobile devices and 4 products on a row on desktop…

It seems that an archive layout based on an individual content block (dynamic query enabled in posts module) does not work with a sidebar having the Woocommerce widgets for filtering by attributes – right?
How can I then change the default view (no custom content block enabled) because there the filtering works as expected?

To clarify: you can set a Content Block in “Theme Options -> Products -> Content -> Content Block” to change the look of your product archives (categories, tags etc.). In this case default WooCommerce filters used in the sidebar will work fine. Default filters don’t work in regular pages only.

We are sorry but it’s not possible to help just in words, probably something went wrong during the export or simple the shortcodes are not compatible (in fact the muffin builder is proprietary and I really don’t know the interchangeability). muffin builder or not the thing is the same.
When i export my images are becoming : vc_single_image media=”78845”
instead i want the url of the image like :”htttps://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/image.jpg”

Hi! You cannot state that “muffin builder or not the thing is the same” since if the Muffin Builder and WPBakery Page Builder are not compatible the problem is exactly there. From what I see you have page builder contents and you can expect that two-page builders, created by two authors (Muffin and WPBakery) can be compatible since they use different shortcodes systems.
In fact, just searching on Google you can find posts of users with similar issues since different page builder uses different shortcodes (and this is pretty normal), ex: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/44410/muffin-builder-to-wpbakery
I did try with a fresh wp install with no builder in it, just fresh and using Twenty Seventeen Theme.
AND I DO HAVE SAME c_single_image media=”78845” SHORTCODE IN THE XML EXPORT FILE.
So for now i can state the visual composer is tyranic because not allowing to work with out him.
This is the same for any Page Builder, please read the post linked above, you cannot expect to use Muffin Builder contents to another theme, as you cannot use WPBakery to another page builder or shortcodes created with Avada to another theme. This is just how page builders works, there is not a common WordPress standard when it comes to shortcodes, so contents creates with a page builder are only accessible by the same builder.
Fine i agree. Then after decades wordpress is there and page builders are, there has been no solution put in place to be able to transfer posts with the images url in them instead of shortcodes ??
You can do this only of you don’t use page builders contents, what is standard of WordPress can be easily transferred (for example simple images of a standard, not page builder content), but I think you can hardly do that. The only thing I think is to try a search and replace inside the XML, but I can’t tell you which is the code of Muffin Builder, for example you search this vc_single_image media=" and change it with the code of Muffin. I hope this make sense!

There must be a place where that mapping is done
The “78888” is the ID of the image, this is inside the shortcodes of the plugin, for example “uncode/vc_templates/vc_single_image.php”. but probably also Muffin uses the reference to the ID and not to the URL (at least if it’s similar to other page builders I know).
