Приветствую. Вопрос на будущую перспективу. Хотелось бы предложить немного интересного решения. Я много работаю с Wordpress Porto сейчас уже более 5 сайтов с лицензией. и есть старые сайты где нет лицензии. Не столь Важно.
У меня вопрос а может и предложение. Также работаю с Bitrix что мне нравится в битрикс (сам не пишу, есть кодер который реализовывает мои идеи) Это возможность создавать шаблоны (Blocks) и цеплять их на целые разделы. Т.е мы пишем сложный шаблон по рядам со сложной структурой 10-20 рядов, каждый ряд можно отключать или включать в зависимости от нужд. Это очень удобно если работаешь с сайтами где услуги более 50 стр. и Новости более 100 и пр. Вы не рассматриваете такую возможность, а именно создавать шаблон страницы и подгружать его через настройки стр. С возможностью замены backgraund т.е изображений фонов и пр на самой стр. Но сам шаблон страницы редактируется в другой месте массово на всех страницах. Так было бы очень удобно.

I have a question, maybe a suggestion. I also work with Bitrix, what I like about Bitrix (I don’t write myself, there is an encoder that implements my ideas) This is the ability to create templates (Blocks) and cling them to entire sections. That is, we write a complex template in rows with a complex structure of 10-20 rows, each row can be turned off or on depending on the needs. This is very convenient if you work with sites where services are more than 50 pages and News are more than 100, etc. You do not consider such an opportunity, namely to create a page template and load it through the page settings. With the possibility of replacing the backgraund ie background images, etc. on the page itself. But the page template itself is edited elsewhere massively on all pages. That would be very convenient.

Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Please do not panic, We are not selling any plugin or FontAwesome, but we are only selling our Theme, and Sorry to say that but there is no Option for now to set the Custom Icon at that place you want, so for now this requires Customization, Although I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Here is another reason to use custom icons: some FontAwesome icons do not want to be displayed, for example “fas fa-fan”... I urge Your developers to provide the ability to use custom icons in the main menu.
There is no way to add categories to menu items in the menu settings. I have to use the visual menu setting to add a category to the menu. After saving the settings in the visual menu all the icons of the FontAwesome, which were assigned in the settings of the menu, disappear. Please fix these errors.

This Icon “fas fa-fan”... is not working because this Icon is from FontAwesome version 5.10.x.. and Porto WordPress Theme is compatible OR FontAwesome Library included in the Theme till version 5.7, so you have to use the Icon till 5.7 version and it will work for you, and again this is already Noted and in our todo list we will update the FontAwesome Library in our Theme with future upcoming updates of the Theme, Hope this makes sense now.
Regarding “add categories to menu items”, Please go to Appearance >> Menu >> Click the Screen Options button on the top right corner of the screen >> Select the Product Categories Option >> Then you will see the Product Categories Menus in the below list to add them to the Menu. http://prntscr.com/fhhvws

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

As you can see your screenshot now, These are 4 errors, 3 of them are coming from Wp core files and 1 is from Theme files, and this is because of the site memory, please contact your hosting provider and ask to solve your issue.

This is not because of the Porto Functionality plugin, but the Speed of the site depends on the Images that have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well our Theme has no influence on the site speed infact Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.
I have just tested your site Speed now and here is the result:

You can clearly see in the result that the Speed of the site is low because the images has not been compressed, JavaScript and CSS has not been Minified, Site content has not been Optimized and because of the server as well.
