I’m still struggling to get past the login though. I had tried test test having seen you post it elsewhere, but nothing happens when I click log in. I thought it might be safari and changed browser to chrome and still nothing. I also tried to register as a user and nothing! Any other suggestions?

Thank you, I ended up loading the demo into my current website and was able to check this way.

I’m looking at purchasing the theme again for my education based website but before I do so I would like to clarify a few points.

I’m confused about the connection with the membership plug in and the LMS. I thought it was a way to log in but I cannot see anything on the side menu to access the membership only the ability to add a widget.

Is there any way to see the people and progress they are making through the course or is the listing in WooCommerce the only record of who takes the course?

What’s the purpose of the register page if you need to purchase a course to access?

On the user dashboard there is information on name, email, website, description and password but to log in it requires a username?

I note the lessons are set either, text, video or audio, but I see the Qode shortcuts on the toolbar, however a standard image isn’t available and I have not been able to add am image with the other options as the upload file button is unresponsive. When I tried to add a different element such as a button which did work, the options to adjust the colour settings etc was also unresponsive. Is there a better way of doing this? Ultimately it would be amazing to have the same functionality of WP bakery on lessons as well as courses.

Is there a way of a student downloading a PDF worksheet from the course structure?

My last question is about mobile view, the membership dashboard etc isn’t showing on the mobile view so when im trying to test it I cant see what the lessons look like because I cant access them.

Looking forward to your response. I have been using your theme for quite a few years now having build my website from scratch using it and I’m a mum with a small business. I’m really hoping I can stick to your theme for my online education as I really like it and have recommended it to others.

Once you login you will be able to see your courses that you have purchased, every course that you have made a purchase for will be available in your user admin to see. The membership plugin is there so you will have a user admin for your users.

2. You will be able to see your courses in your admin area, once you have purchased the course it will be listed in your Courses of the admin area as well as you will be able to see the progress of it..

3. Once you purchase the course it will be listed and available in your admin area, that is the purpose if the user admin.

4, Anything you can see in the Description tab you will be able to add with the page builder and our themes shortcodes, you do have an option to add images over there.

5. As for the lessons you do have an option to either add a Video or Audio file that is correct, so no image can be selected within the lesson option of the course.

6.As for the dahsboard on mobile this can be enabled with a small CSS code which can be provided by our team, so that the icon is visible on mobile as well.

There are just 2 things I’m unsure about from your response.

I understand as a user I can see the courses etc on the dashboard, however as a trainer and owner of the courses, can I see anywhere the people taking the courses and their progress?

Also is it possible to add a PDF for download to the course structure?

I forgot to to told you that my video is an internal video (.mp4). Even if I’ve changed (pretty-photo) the function.php of my theme the error persist.

We do see that you have updated the theme correctly now. I would also kindly ask you to check if you have set the preview image in the Video box settings, as well as once inspecting your site we do see that you have tried to have a self hosted video which is not supported by this shortcode, only youtube and vimeo videos are supported for this shortcode.
