Hi! yes, of couse, you can upload a dedicated cropped or lo fi MP3 sample as product preview.
WooCommerce products have a specific input field to upload a listenable MP3 sample.

Hello, I just surfed a demo site. Looks really awesome, but… I have a few presale questions. I’m interested in 10.4 template. So I just explored your demo from the point view as my future customer. Ok, let’s take a look at what I found.
1) If I press the price button, the product appears in the cart and the price button changes to a green tick. That’s great! Then if I refresh the shop page or come back from other ones I see the tracks, that I choose before, with the price buttons, not the green ticks and I still can add them to the cart again and again.
I think it’s a bug, not the feature. The right way is to give a customer the ability to add the digital product to the cart just once and always see products added before.
2) If the player of the playlist section is active, I can’t press the links (product link, genre link) but the price button still works.
3) Another thing I have to accent is the add to cart button in the main player. It’s a link to the single product page, but for usability, if I sold the single tracks with just single royalty usage it should be the real add to cart button, which changes to the green tick if the product is already in the cart, even after the page refreshes as I said above.
Ok, does it tweakable inside the theme or can you fix it in near release?

1) Yes, in any ecommerce you can add an item to the cart as many times you want. But, if you want to sell ghost tracks, you can set the stock to 1 and people will be able to buy it only once. We can’t show it in the demo or you’ll see every product “finished”.
If a product is set with stock 1, you can choose to leave it in the archive, and the audio preview will be hidden (people can’t listen to the track, just see title and cover, and of course can’t buy it).
Otherwise you can also hide it from the archive completely.
2) Yes, because when you play it, the row becomes a cue controller. You can go to the single track clicking on the bottom player cover icon.
3) It’s not possible to know if a product is already in the cart, and also, you can purchase it as many times as you want. This is how it works on any shop selling royalty free items, also because yoou are supposed to purchase a new license for a new usage.
This is all standard, correct, and working as in any other royalty free shop (try Audiojungle if you want an example 
)
So, there is really nothing to fix in the theme, all is working as expected, which can be not like you think it should work, but works as it should as per common rules of this kind of shop.
We did months of study of any major shop on the internet and worked with several existing shops to refine this product features (both ghost tracks or royalty-free samples/music) so what you see is the result of long testing and real-life applications, and is all working as it should.
You are very free to change it, but is not part of the theme support, so you need to hide a developer to change any of the mentioned things, which anyway I don’t recommend.

Hello and thanks for the input. This is a site from Shutterstock, and the usability of any Shutterstock websites is one of the worst examples you can find out there. It’s a big network, but a poor usability example. There are dozens of much better examples out there.
Also, the type of licensing and usage of this website is different than the typical settings on other websites, making it not a classic model to analyze the interactivity decisions.
Anyway, you are very free to edit the theme, but you eed a developer to take care of this, as is not something the support can help with.

Hello, I would like to use this theme with large albums that include 12-hour playlist, approximately 150 .mp3 files at 128kbps for each album. It also includes 60 minute dj sessions.
Is there a limitation for the player regarding the number of files or the size of the files? Could the included Player play a URL that corresponds to an online radio station? (radio that we are going to configure).
In other words, the player would have two tasks: Play large album playlist Play the online radio (hosted on a different server).

Hello! No, this is widely tested. I would anyway NO use the spectrum analyzer because it uses more bandwidth of the normal player, so your visitors from mobile phones may find it annoying.
Please note that your hosting provider needs to allow the upload of such size of files. If you need help with choosing the right provider, we can help on this.
You can also play files from other repositories, domains and similar.
For a radio channel, please ntoe that you will need to have the KenthaRadio plugin, which is sold separately, and adds to Kentha every radio feature as channels, team members, music charts, schedule, shows and more.

Indeed this theme is pretty complex, and we added this gate of needing woocommerce active before installing the demo otherwise you can generate a ton of errors (because of the missing woocommerce functionalities) and the people would have thoought that something was bad with the theme

Can I build a Community with Kentha Music Theme? By this, I mean that—can I integrate BuddyPress, BBPress and Youzer plugins with it?
Your answer to this question is important to me because—while I want to build a music site with Kentha, I also want the site to be a Music Community Site where different singers can have account and connect with themselves.

Hello sir, technically you can, in the practice, we never tested those plugins, and is not really what the theme is meant to do, so you will eventually require to add some css for colors and styling, and disable ajax loading for the forum part.
WpBakery doesn’t update and I get a 403 when I try to customize, I have made sure that the specs are adjusted to meet requirements. What gives? It’s a brand new install and support hasn’t gotten back to me in over 2 days. I’ll give you login or whatever you need but I need some help please.

I have been waiting for 3 days now for your dev to respond to my ticket. I have done 3 clean re-installs following every detail, ensuring the server check passes and have narrowed it down to the core plugin causing the issues. I have offered to send login credentials and got no response. I’m at my wit’s end, I have a client waiting on me. The ticket/thread is called “Customizer Error 403”. Hello, I’m sorry but is untested and the theme doesn’t have any special feature for this. We integrated oocommerce because it allows to sell anything, while using EDD would have been limiting for many bands selling merchs and similar.

Hello sir, this is a settings issue. Anyway, you need to contact the helpdesk to receive technical help, which needs to have a valid support license (your support is currently expired).
As tip I can suggest checking the single tracks authors and make sure the artist names are spelled correctly, for each track.

Hi please add feature where you can add buttons to menu, like a search button and cart icon, or possibly music play and pause could be up there. even if slider could be flipped from bottom to top. Just some cool suggestions.
