I would like to know about woocommerce setup. I’m trying to display the product categories on a page but I don’t want to use the Owl Carousel that’s included. I just want to show all the products category on the page. How can I turn it off?

Hello, I have six licenses of Uncode, but my support period is expired. I hope I will still get an answer! Here is the issue: After update to the latest version, the icons are not displayed correctly. I added the code at the htaccess file, as instructed in your documentation (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001557437-Icons-not-show-or-look-like-squares), but this did not solve the issue.
I also contacted my host (Siteground) and they explained that this has nothing to do with the server.
Is this a font awesome v4 vs v5 issue?
Is there another way to fix this, or will it be fixed in a future update?

Hi meliory! Unfortunately, we don’t have other reports and as you can see for example our demo (that is running the latest version of the theme) doesn’t have this issue. Moreover, if icons are broken after latest update here you should see thousand of similar reports (by the way all websites uses icons, for social, etc). Anyway, can you please try to deactivate possible extra plugins and in case share the link to your site so at least we can check if there is some visible error?

Try to check if by error you have selected the Custom Link option in the Single tab for the first item (this is the only thing that comes to mind), otherwise open a private ticket so we can check.
Alternatively try to import the original demo again and copy this section in your page, this should fix if you have applied some incorrect settings.

Anyway, if I’m not wrong I saw some users in the past, create this with customisations but I don’t know if they also filtered them someway (I think this is not easy to implement). You should update Yoast SEO, at least we are not aware of any issue if you use an up to date version.
Does the Matrix work when using a post carousel? I want the ratios of the first story to be larger than the two beside it, however, post size does not seem to be working. All posts are the same size.

Unfortunately, you cannot make this work, as you can see when you use the Carousel the ratio and size option are in the Module tab and not in the Blocks tab (as for the grid), so these settings are not available individually as for Grid but only at module level (and for this reasons not available in the Single Block tab that is a replica of the Block tab). I hope this makes sense!
Hi there, We can not get support due to our developer passing on the licence to us. so Iam coming on here to ask for support.
The website keeps loading SLOW. I have disabled the “performance” options and they still seem to be funtioning.
Scepifically the “adaptive images” i cleared and turned off and it keeps showing as working. “The Adaptive Images system is using 5.11M of the 39.45G space left”. The images are also pix elated after loading. Thank you for any insight you guys can provide.

We are sorry for this but if you ask for support you need to use the same account that bought the theme, unfortunately there are also pirated copies of Uncode and the only method to verify the purchase is to use the account that bought theme. By the way these are the ThemeForest Terms and we as an author, also have to abide by the terms of the contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and the marketplace’s own interests.
Moreover, it’s really not possible to understand an issue in words without even a link to this website.
Probably you have an issue in the JS code caused by extra plugins, an out of dated version of the theme or server issue. As you can see this is not a native problem of the theme: https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/

1. No, in our demo we never show preloaders since in our opinion it’s a bit of date solution (I saw some Uncode users and I know there are some free plugins that can do this).
2. No infinite load is not an option for galleries.

Hi pibarrec! As for any example you have in our demo, if you use a video in background this is automatically looped, the option you refer is for ideo embed, when a video is used in a background is supposed to loop.

You can create the section with Slider Revolution that is part of Uncode and connect to the page with a Slider Revolution module (if it’s a section in the page) or with the headers options if it’s an header.

Not sure to understand the request but with Slider Revolution there are all the settings you may need to control the video play/stop native of the plugin options, so you can set the video background to stop when the video finish…

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. In the creative-freelance demo, is there the option to configure the dimensions and the ratio/orientation of the video background? I mean, I see in the demo that a landscape (horizontal) video is cropped in mobile view, so that is visible the central part. What if I insert a portrait (vertical) video instead? Hi noppah! I’m sorry but the only method it’s to use the Page Builder and use the Content Block VC module. You can try to use [uncode_block id="46"] but it cannot work in all scenarios (consider a basic use that it’s even not supported).
Had image disappearing problem as noted from other comments, so decided to update. After update content blocks disappeared from pages – website has over 60 pages so not really feasible to go to each page and re-add content blocks.

Sure thing, but I will note that I just tried to update a different site, on different hosting, and the exact same thing happened – content blocks are no longer on the pages after update.
Also noticed that “galleries” are not displaying on mobile devices, even though they display on desktop when the screen is resized to mobile size.

I cannot update any plugin as it says: The Envato Purchase Code seems to be invalid. Please try to unregister and register the product again. If the issue persists contact the theme author. (Error 23).
The problem started when I’ve installed Polylang plugin, which allows me to change the website language depending on the DNS used to connect to the website.

I have no experience of this Polylang plugin, we declare compatibility with the most popular WPML or Weglot for the translation of the site into other languages. However, try to deregister and register as suggested by the error.
I am afraid that if I deregister the product, then I won’t be able to active it again as it says the code seems invalid.

Hi! I have a problem with the LayerSlider plugin. Since last Uncode update all sliders dont’t autostart. All layers configuration is missed and there is now way to make layers start. Is this problem happening to other customers?

No other users are not reporting any issue and I saw many users recently with LayerSlider, moreover in the Uncode update there is nothing that influence LayerSlider (this is something like a frame). Anyway, note that Slider Revolution and LayerSlider and no more compatible each other, this mean that if you have Slider Revolution active you need to deactivate.
