Bought this and having a lot of trouble with it. The pages that are imported do not display the images, sliders and more (https://brandcamp.design/conference-home/) Followed the guide provided and not seeing the same things when trying to edit items.

This theme last update was December 2019, is this theme still being supported with updates, or no longer active?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but we are working really hard on this. We can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. Hello team, I’ve tried to update the WPBakery Builder plugin (paid license) but it replies with—> Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided. Is this possible that has to do with the theme missing an update?

Pre-purchase question here. We have a conference with a lot of sessions happening at the same time. Instead of saying Wednesday, Thursday etc. Can we insert Room 1, Room 2, Room 3, Room 4 etc? There will be 4 sessions happening at the same time in different rooms during a 2-day conference. Is this possible to show on the schedule/agenda with the plugin?

The timetable is displayed with the Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress plugin. Customizing it falls out of our support scope, but you can contact the authors of the plugin and see if they are able to assist you. Also, you can try finding another plugin, but we can’t guarantee it will work.

I am working for a lady who has bought a full license for the WellExpo theme at themeforest. So I have to use this comment system as I don’t have access to the purchase code. It’s a simple question – setting the default title tags in the blog pages does not seem to be working. It is currently defaulting to H3 and I want the blog titles to be H2.
Is there a code I can put into custom JS or the customiser to automatically alter the H3 tags defaulted on the blog titles to H2 tags? This would also be a good solution to save the users having to alter the tags in the blog pages each time a new blog is made.

Thanks for your reply. I have found that the theme produces error with PHP 7.3 & PHP 7.4. Site will only run on those PHP version with another theme only. Could you confirm?

Thanks for your reply. It is fixed, by adding define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); in the wp-config.php file now it works on PHP 7.3

The nested items are nearly impossible to use. I love the visual of the template, but I’ve just had to change themes as it wasn’t user friendly. PLEASE change this asap as I want to use it for several sites, but won’t until this is fixed. Please let us know when you have revisited the theme build.
