1 – You can read our documentation from http://pixflow.net/products/massive-dynamic/documentation/
2 – We did not tested that plugin but please contact them , if they provide a shortcode and if they are compatible with Visual composer then there will be no issue
3 – Your support license is valid for 6 months and then you can extend it again if you like , our response time will be at max 24 Hours.
Been looking through the various Website Builders and themes. Just before I was going with a particular one I was recommended Massive Dynamic.
On first look I was impressed but I wonder why there so little buzz around what looks like a great builder and theme (so many Elementor, DIVI and now Brizy vids and marketing but nothing of MD) Then I saw that you last videos were 3 years ago and that the last changelog was way back in Sept 2019. Is this being replaced in favour of something new or existing? If so what? I know innovation is key but couldnt you just evolve MD to mark 2 or something?
Btw where aye you based ‘mainly’ and what sort of sized support team do you have? I see you offer a 2 day response time (which im guessing is worse case) but thats pretty slow when competitors are getting back to me within hours for most modern themes. Is this because of the size of your team? Just curious to know and manage expectations. Timezones will count too

Actually 2 Day response time is a worst case scenario and normal response time is less than a day for sure , also we are working on update ( huge one actually ) to be released next month , about videos actually you are right as our priority in social networks are on our other product we did not have that much time to produce new ones for Massive Dynamic , about team members and member locations actually we prefer not to share those information here

For a creative looking to build a new site for my video & photography business/portfolio am I better to wait to see your new product or invest in MD? Do you you envisage still growing MD over the years or just maintaining therefore, would the new theme be the way to go? I realise MD is a few years old now. Or if the new project is an evolution of MD could I migrate to it later if it will be your flag ship.

Just Imagine Client A is looking for a website and we build the website with the help your website builder using wordpress choosing one of the theme. Do i have a provision to Export the Files of that specifc Theme and deploy in his server.
OR
I need to deploy the wordpress in thier server and followed by files, which was build using website builder of yours. How does it work, please help

1. As you said once i build the website, i can export the files, The export file are HTML files of Wordpress files, Please help.
2. Can I switch the components b/w once two templates, (i.e. Imagine they are two tepmplates. Templates one Testimonial and slider components and template two does not have those two components, but i want to make use of those two components in template two, can i make use of it, Please advice)
3. Can i get any demo site, to check how does it work

1 – The whole export and import procedures are Wordpres files and no HTML will be available
2 – You can import 2 templates and use their content or you can use our pre-made sections which are available from different demos.
3 – Sorry but for now there is no test drive available for our theme.
Hello! I just can’t renew Master Slider plugin. I’m tryigng to activte it on activation page. Problem is that in my licence doc i have only item licence for theme, but no licence for Master Slider. Tryied to use this for activation and it didn’t word. What should i do to fix it? Than you in advance
Hello , actually the license you have is used for Massive Dynamic and not included plugins , those plugins are licensed to Pixflow team so if you want to benefit premium version ( in this case premium templates ) you need to purchase your license separately.

Hello , Massiv Dynamic is a Wordpress theme which has its own builder , our builder has some similarity to Wix but you need to have a WordPress website to use our theme and builder.

Yes, sorry. e.g. I add a Video Element with a Vimeo Link. When i test it, all works fine.. the Video is playing. but only within a container. There is no “Full Screen” Button to play the Video in Full screen. Neither Youtube, nor Self hosting. Not on Mobile, Tablet nor Desktop.

Plugins which are included in Massive Dynamic are under Pixflow license and if you like to have their premium features you need to purchase license by yourself
