I want to completely remove the Google fonts from the NewsPaper theme. I don’t want Google to load fonts. What should I do?
Also I lost my tagDiv account. I have a purchase code. Can I get my email address or account name?

Dear TagDiv hardworking team…Congratulations for gorgeous new demos and update. I just want to indicate a bug in SINGLE POST TEMPLATES … After creating new post, every single post content horizontal width reduces, Previously published posts are ok, but new posts are being cashed and there is a horizontal width reducing problem.. ( on mobile device its ok but yes on desktop , width is reducing). I tried many new Single template, even every newly installed Single Templates having same problem…..Please investigate at your end….Good luck

Please make sure that the problem is not caused by your untested plugins. What Wordpress cache plugin can be recommended? Does this theme support W3 Total Cache?

The recommended caching plugin is the one we tested and works fine, the WP Super Cache, with this configuration https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ If its not possible to use this plugin, you could try the total cache, but we don’t have a guide for it at the moment.

1 – Cannot create account on your support I tried your support but when I am trying to create and account I get the message that I already created an account with the purchase code. When I try to recover password via my email it tells me email not recognized.
Its false. Your theme is installed on a single domain of a client of ours.
2 – Kudos on the theme. Excellent, just…. We have a server with the latest Intel cpu, with 6 cores an 12 threads, 32GB RAM, NVME disks, etc. Our average server load is 0.7. When we open TAGDIVComposer to edit a page the server load goes over 24.x, yes 24.x.

1. That would mean there already is an account created with the key, the system rarely or most likely never fails. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the key so we can check.
2. Thank you very much for your appreciation. I don’t quite understand what 24.x means unfortunately. It would be expected to be some load on the server when using a page builder. Are there any actual problems using the composer? We can take a look if you can provide admin login in the email. Please let us know by email.

1 – I will send you an email today. 2 – 24.x server load means 24 times heavier, 24 times more resources than normal being used, its an absurd amount of server CPU being used. 1 = 100 24 = 2400

As I wrote in the ticket, the normal server load of our server is 0.7 in a scale of 0 to 1, Or 70 if you like. When we open TagDivComposer the server load goes to 24.X or 2400. Do I make myself understood about how heavy the page builder is on the server? Either there is something wrong with the version we downloaded, the latest, or this is an absurd amount of server resources being used. Regards.

Even after selecting Post template: 5 in my blog post it showing featured image at the very beginning of the post in mobile view…is there any different setting for mobile view. Sry for bad english! Thank you

Post template 5 will not display the featured image on desktop and on mobile. Are you using the mobile theme? The mobile theme will use its own post template, and it will display the featured image. If you do not want it do display it, please create a new topic in the theme forum and we will try to provide a solution. Let us know.

Newspaper theme is best theme and many Demos available but sum is still missing kindly add a one function and demo for front end posting and register and login indication for login user’s.

User Registration or Login functionality is varry useful and this is default functionality provide by wordpress. newspaper theme is also provide user registration / login function but in this newspaper theme not available user login indication / login user is confused because login indication is not available – only ROMANIA NEWS demo login indication but login indication is must required all demo.

We try to add more useful features with each update. Front end posting is not possible at the moment with the theme, maybe it will be in the future. It does provide a log in feature, for both predefined and cloud headers. Users can log in with the theme login modal, after logging in it will display accordingly, for example – https://prnt.sc/rrb30k This is possible for all the theme demos, not only specific ones.

I updated the theme to version 10.3.2 and had to uninstall tagDiv Cloud Library to make the site work. How can I solve it?

I have one sugestion; My PageSpeed Insights on Google, say “Defer offscreen images”, because and all this images on menu, dont stay in “lazy load mood” (“lazy load” mode is enabled through the theme, but dont work on this area).

I believe the theme lazyload at the moment works just for the page content, not for the header mega-menus. You could disable the theme lazyload and use a plugin for it, maybe they will work for all the images, including the mega-menus. Also maybe the theme lazyload will hav ethis capability in the future, I can’t say at the moment.

That is not an actually an error, the images in the mega-menus are indeed set as background with CSS. That is how the theme sets them, when using a cloud header template.
