When updating the theme from version 9 to the current one, the site lost all settings. It looks like it loses CSS information. I backed up my website to a temporary address to test the update and not compromise user access.

I took a brief look at your website and it seems to look fine. Our theme was evolved a lot from the ninth version to the latest one and also if the updates were not made gradually might appear some problems with the latest update. That’s why we strongly recommend making a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data and your customizations and try to readapt them to your website with the latest version of the theme.

First of all, you will need to check the image size and try to optimize them if you want to bring good theme results. any plan for build RTL themes

Also, please note that it is not an easy task to rewrite all the theme’s functionality including the core page builder and required plugins to make it RTL; this means that the theme might be affected and we cannot provide support for this. Is this happening only on iPhone? Does it happen if you make a quick test and deactivate all non-theme and non-theme recommended plugins? Could be caused by a plugin. Yes it’s happening only on Iphones, on Android it works fine. Most users on iphone are complaining that the menu doesn’t appear at all. I tried to deactivate most plugins that aren’t from tagdiv, i still have the issue. Thanks

Thank you for the message! Please note that we cannot handle the data retrieved. Our fetching system is updated every three hours but the original data which is fetched by us is updated only once a day and it’s not up to us. Also, the timezone is UTC .

Thank you for using our page builder. Unfortunately, the Elementor plugin was not tested with our theme. Please note that you cannot remove a column. So, in order to achieve as you wish you need to edit the entire ROW and split it into 2 columns and not 3 columns. I hope that you understand the process. For pages, please note that you can simply add your shortcode inside a Text with Title or Column Text element and the same way should have to be followed and for the category but these changes should be made into a Category Template which allows you to edit it with TD Composer. If you want to achieve a similar effect, please note that you will need to use a bit of custom CSS for that. For example, if you are using COVID statistic you have to use the code below and place it in the THeme panel -> Custom CSS area.
