Just update to the latest version and now I cannot change any settings under Select Options. I save the settings but when I reload the page everything is reverted back. I can save all other settings in wordpress just nothing under “select options”. Is this something anyone else has encountered?

Hello, i uninstalled the theme from my site josephalexiadis.com and i want to install it to my other website: dalicadesign.com but i cannot Register my theme as it always gives me an error: Code is already registered for other domain

Just for your info, i have complete deleted the entire first website (josephalexiadis.com) and make a clean installation with other theme, so i want to use my Stockholm themes license with a new website (dalicadesign.com).

Please note that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hi there! I’m using PHP 7.3 and 7.4.4 (on those configurations which support them) and recently I’ve been getting the following error:
PHP Deprecated: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in /[path to my installation]/wp-content/plugins/stockholm-core/modules/core-dashboard/sub-pages/import/import.php on line 306
This was easy to fix, just change the curly braces on that file to brackets… problem solved!
Then I have the following as well:

This is trickier, because, as far as I can see, these refer to some lines of code in the function stockholm_qode_hex2rgb(), but I don’t see anything really wrong with it… it can only come from the context, but, sadly, this eludes me…
Maybe these can be fixed in a future release?

Hello, could someone please help me out? I’ve purchased the Stockholm – Roland theme, and installed all required plugins. However, when I visit my site, it says ‘The slider cannot be found Please make sure that you’ve used the right shortcode or method to insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously.’ LayerSliderWP seems to not be activated yet, but when I try to activate it, it tells me I need to purchase a license?

Sorry, but you don’t accept my question via support. (support has expired) I shouldn’t have to renew support for getting a normal update: Plugins LayerSlider WP and WP Backery are included with theme Stockholm, which I use on one of my sites. LayerSlider WP needs update: from 6.8.2 to 6.10.2. My download on Envato shows only old (2019) versions of the plugins. I don’t see how I can get update of the included plugin LayerSlider. A long time agoo you provided a Dropbox link for Backery updates. Is it also possible to get an update link for LayerSlider WP?

Fix your JavaScript and check if an attribute like “href” is present before you continue within your code. At the moment you are breaking other plugins due your badly programmed JavaScript.
And I will not stop posting here until you fix your code!
Because of your code we have a lot of customers creating support tickets at our end because they have an issue caused by your theme.
And stop sending referring to your support page. We are a third party developer and cannot make a request due missing license key.

The issue is in ajax.min.js (in every Qode theme):
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘split’ of undefined at HTMLAnchorElement. (ajax.min.js…)
It happens when you do this: $j(this).attr(“href”).split(”#”)[1]
You have to check if $j(this).attr(“href”) has a value and then proceed with .split(”#”).

It’s ridiculous with you guys… What is so hard to understand, that the solution would just one more if-statement, checking if “href” is present before execute the split-command? Why is your “solution” to turn off a feature? Why is it so hard for you since nearly 2 years to just fix your code?!

Hi, I bought Stockholm theme a while ago and built a very nice website with it. But now I’m struggling with a bug or an incompatibility with WP Bakery Page Builder: I can’t sort the images in Page Builder’s Media Gallery correctly. They appear in a different order on the website than in the preview – and I haven’t found a way to sort them in the order I want to have them. If this is an incompatibility with Stockholm theme, I have to renew my support with you guys in order to sort this thing out. If this is a Page Builder “thing” I have to buy the plugin in order to get the support there. Could you have a quick look into this in order to help me to sort out the nature of the problem? Hi, I put up a test gallery to demonstrate the problem:

Update: it’s not the theme! The error is still there when I’m switching to the default twenty twenty theme. The error is caused by the WPML plugin.

I am not sure if you wish to edit the Posts with WPBakery or not. You do have an option to enable WPBakery on Posts. Go to WPBakery > RoleManager and check your Post types to Custom. If you do not wish to edit the Posts with WPBakery, you can simply add a new post and start using classic editor instead of using it with WPBakery.
If you remove the code from your posts this will remove the content as well.

You should know that the Posts from our theme are built with WPbakery, if you wish to have them they will contain the WPBakery code and our themes shortcodes that are connected to the theme, so if you intend to use another theme for your blog then I can suggest you to build your posts with this theme.

Hi, just a quick question. Is there a way to use the theme’s latest posts feature with the new Wordpress Gutenberg editor? The Gutenberg latest post feature doesn’t show featured images.

You could add our Latest post shortcode in the Gutenberg editor which will automatically show the featured image. However you will need to create the shortcode on a page with WPBakery plugin and then copy the shortcode which you can insert in Gutenberg editor. You could also consider using WPBakery plugin in order to build you pages with our themes shortcodes.

Hello, iam having a problem.
When i run my site to page-speed insights the results are frustrating.l
Actually iam having a 9% at mobile and on Desktop it has error:
Lighthouse returned error: INTERNAL: APP::1: Abnormal renderer termination, status = crashed exit_code = 1
Iam having the Stockholm child theme and when i change it to Twenty Fifteen theme the results have no problem!

Because when i switched themes the pagespeed had no errors.
For your info i changed server to a new Litespeed with LSCache plugin and iam optimizing my images, but i see no difefference.

Sorry I was not clear enough. Please note that Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analysing and assessing website performance. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/josephalexiadis.com/3KdvAXROIf you switch to another theme you will not have our shortcode present. It loads a lot of images and they take up to 2s to load.
Also the error you refer to is related to SSL and some kind of redirection, which does not have anything to do with the theme.

The problem is that there is no error when i switch themes, so obviously there is nothing to do with the SSL.
