WPBakery is out of date I can not use it without the updated license. Also can you make the demo available to edit through other easy to use editors such as elements or divi. WPBakery is old fashioned and a headache to use.

How to change “sold” to “sold out”?

1. I can’t see the option to edit revolution slider. 2. Your theme (Gioia) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. However the theme shows its updated.

1. In Revolution Slider you will be able to select your slider and edit it to your needs.
2. We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

I can’t fill in the contact form in your support page as it doesn’t allow me to choose which theme I’m using. First of all, I have an issue with my single product pages, the images of the products can’t be seen. Woocommerce says that your version isn’t compatible with theirs. Can this be the problem? Also, I can’t edit the top bar in product pages. Thanks.

I managed to open a ticket last night, bu no answer, yet. You have lots of bugs in your theme and it’s not possible to fix them. Shop functionality is mostly handled by WooCommerce, although we extended some features, the process of adding the products is practically the same as in basic WooCommerce, which is a free plugin that you can test.

I am not satisfied with this theme. I constantly get an error when importing. I bought better hosting. I got the same error again. I edited php settings. error again error again. demo view is not properly imported. I have not tried every way. I want to return the product I bought.
This theme is not an appropriate theme for the hosting in Turkey. I have tried the best hosting. I got a lot of support. but somehow it is not imported. I bought it very much, but it does not fit. Please make my return.
