If I’m not mistaken I found one topic created by you in the forum, it was created outside the support hours, please note the support schedule mentioned in the forum. It was replied the next day. 1. That should be possible, but I can’t make any plugin recommendations unfortunately. You could try the ones that have the options you need, make tests with them and the theme.

2. This is possible, the Woocommerce plugin is compatible with the theme, you can use it to create a shop.

Hi,

I created in TD Composer a block (17) just for a tag, about Covid19. So every article with coronavirus as tag may be displayed in that block.

The problem is (yeah, another problem .. ) that block is not uploading and displaying new articles and it stopped at the 4th april.

What can I do ?

I tried many things. Reset the block, change de tag, I have been careful to space or something in the tag ..

If the necessary og meta is available, then the featured image should be displayed when sharing on socials. You can use the debugger to check the post https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

am I able to implement the “More Article Box” as a fixed box into a Single post layout ?

Short: i want a box where i can see more posts from the same Author when i read a article of this author. But not this popup thingy “More Article Box”.

Thank you for your help, but unfortunately it was not what i want to do. Because also the other Authors will appear, and i have to choose an author first. I want them to be listed without any click. Just like on authors page but only in the box.

Please note that the More From Author section, like with your above example is available only for the default posts which does not use the Cloud Template Library and this setting can be enabled from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/mJX0m68qWSG Please note that the same result can be achieved if you are using the Cloud Template Library, edit your Single Post Template and add a Flex Block at the bottom of your page and filter it by a certain author. Hi there in my old theme i used “next page” to split pages on some of my pages. This does not seem to work anymore after installing your theme.

Have also tried the Gutenberg page break, but it does not work either. The page navi numbers are not showing up. What to do?

Is it possible to upgrade from 8 to 10 directly or do I need to work in steps?

Yes, it is possible but it’s not quite recommended because the 8 version is too old and there may be some crashes on your website and that’s why and that’s why we recommend making a new subdomain for testing where you should make this migrating of your website to the latest version of it without affecting the live site. Also, it’s possible to be needed to make some redesign to your website for better performance, using the latest theme technology, like Cloud Template Library and TD Composer.

I’m having the error “Invalid reply from server” while trying to add the cloud template.

My problem is this:

I first purchased the theme 2 years back, activated on a website, and then decided not to use the theme and switched to other theme.

Today, I want to use this theme for a new website of mine.

I first installed and activated the theme, and playing around before activated the license, and tried to add the cloud template, and it was loading ok, then when I clicked on install the header template, it said my license was not activated, so I when to key in my license & press activate, and it said I just successfully activated.

So, I when back to add the cloud template, it show the message “Invalid reply from server”. It cannot even load the templates.

So, I tried to read through the forum and the comments system and tried almost all solutions but it doesnt work:

1) deactivate all plugins and activate back 1 by 1.

2) all system requirement and memory was increased to maximum

3) saving permalink

I see there are quiet a lot of buyers having the same challenges, but may be out of 10 buyers 1 was successfully solved this problem.

I just need to know if it is possible it is my license problem or what problem?

We try to reply as soon as possible. Is the cloud library issue solved now for you? Usually it can be caused by low wp-memory and plugins. But there could be other causes. Resetting the theme activation from one website and activating it in a different website should not cause this problem with the cloud library however. In case it should happen again we could take a look. It is working fine for me now.

But if you said it is not about moving theme activation problem, I don’t really know what could be the problem as it worked now suddenly.

Your reply matter to me, because I need to know that you are always there, so I could make a definite decision to use your theme and support.

But if I cant find out the real causes of this problem, it is holding me back a little. Let me try out bit more on this matter first since I have more time now because of the lockdown.

May have been something temporary, if it did not work previously and now it works, without you taking any actions or making any changes that immediately solved the problem. We try to investigate these issues when they happen for some of our users, and find the source of the problem, the likely causes are the ones I mentioned above, in most cases.

That demo uses predefined blocks and grids, some with heavy customization. The customization will only be available when installing the demo, so that the demo stylesheet is loaded. So using the same elements it uses will not be enough, without the CSS for them. Our support team could try and provide a solution, please create a new topic in the theme support forum.

Regarding the category titles, that should be possible. For example using a cloud header and the font capitalize setting https://prnt.sc/ru2sin

These bars come from your images. In most cases, there are displayed because your images do not have the right size and also, do not fit the thumbs. Try to load another image, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello, i’m using the Video Post method and putting youtube link. the image are saved as 640×480. i can’t figure it out. Doesn’t happen on all videos. Most are ok.
