1. The theme is fully compatible with popular multi-language plugins like WPML and PolyLang. By default, there will not be any multilanguage functionality. This needs to be installed.
2. Of course, you can use all the elements that are on other demos, from the page builder element list.

Sure, it is possible. You will need to install a plugin like WPML or PolyLang. By default, the theme, or any other theme does not have a multilanguage functionality.
I would recommend WPML that is a premium paid plugin and fully optimized for Kallyas, but PolyLang witch is a free plugin will also work.

You can simply add a section after the header. You can’t add content inside the header.
So adding a section in the page wrapper, immediately after the header would do the trick. Inside the section add your columns like in this video https://take.ms/r5Vl2 once columns are created, you can simply add your content inside of them.
