I want to use the Theme in a new site (older site is not using this theme anymore) but I am blocked. I cannot install it because it says it is being used already. I need to unlock my license again.

Can you please make sure that you have activated the Theme properly, and Installed all the Theme required/recommended plugins and deactivated all the third party plugins and check back.
OR
Once please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and they try to use Porto Studio and after clicking the Porto Studio button you have to wait for few seconds, because it works on Ajax and Ajax will take few seconds to load the data.
Otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you on your site.
Hello i want my monnaie back, you said it work on basic hosting… I can’t have the imagemagik on my server, i can’t have a response of my host in order to debug and activate the portostudio, i’m so sorry cause i’d love this theme. I have tested it in deep and founds the issue, This is because of our dummy content server, Actually when we click on Porto Studio button it runs the Ajax Script to Pop Up that Demo content from our internal/dummy server and that is creating an issue, Ajax is conflicting there, I have confirmed from the development department on this as well and they claimed it and start working on it for solving it, So we will solve it with a new Theme update in a couple of day’s please be patience till that. Really sorry for the inconviniance and thanks for your understanding.

Ok but my host tell me that i can’t have imagemagik on my server cause i haven’t access in root mode, it’s a normal hosting, and not a vps… And you tell that your theme works with any basic hosting. Having access to rrot is not a basic hosting cause you need to manage with the server, and it’s not like a host wich do it for you. How to manage without imagemagik ???

Ok, when i start the wizard it tell me memory limit 128 need 256, but when i go in the information of my host it says that i have php 7.2 and limit is 256 so why wizard don’t recognize the limit ????

I think you host has set the Memory of your site using wp-config, htaccess or php.ini file which does not reflect on your site because your server has not enough permission to your site, please check it once with your hosting provider and then try I am sure it will work for you, Otherwise please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so we will check it for you.

Sorry to say that but no this issue is not solved with the latest update, Actually this is because of the Woo update as well, and we are colaborating with Woo on this issue, they delayed in reply on this, that is the reason it is not fixed with this update but hopefully you will find another update of the Theme with in a week with this issue resolved please be patience till that.

First of all sorry for late reply, we are facing more higher than the normal amount of tickets that is why our reply comes late.
Your issue has been solved. Please check your site now after removing the browser cache. Actually, there is a restriction in the Porto Product Categories element to show only 12 categories at a time now I have removed the limit form the element now all categories are showing fine on your site.

This is not the Theme issue but your Local server setting issue, It seems that your server has some kind of restrictions which does not allow your site to communicate with our internal server for downloading the Demo content, Please read the below-given articles and try the same if this does not work for you then make your site Live on a test server and share your site WP-Admin Login details via our support system so we will check and Import the Demo content for you.
