hello your porto studio functionality doesn’t work anymore. I click on the button but it is not loading anything even if i wait. I have seen comments from other users with the same issue but I have noticed that this issue exists on all installations of your theme on different websites and without changing anything (updates etc) all of a sudden it doesnt work. Before it stopped opening, i managed to get it to open but when i was trying to import something i was getting an error that it couldnt be imported for security reasons.
There was an error I briefly seen appearing about porto studio when I was trying to open pages but now it is not showing it anymore.
Is there an issue with porto studio?

I have tested it in deep and founds the issue, This is because of our dummy content server, Actually when we click on Porto Studio button it runs the Ajax Script to Pop Up that Demo content from our internal/dummy server and that is creating an issue, Ajax is conflicting there, I have confirmed from the development department on this as well and they claimed it and start working on it for solving it, So we will solve it with a new Theme update in a couple of day’s please be patience till that. Really sorry for the inconviniance and thanks for your understanding.

As, I told you there is no option for Multiple Rows in the same Column for Mega Menu you have to make it possible using Custom Code or you have to use any third party plugin for it which better meets your requirements.

PortoStudio is not opening. I’ve bee using it for a wile, but it’s been a few days since it stopped. I noticed other users are reporting the same issue and you are telling them to look on their end. The rest of Javascript (Ajax) load as usual.
Please don’t ask me to renew support because this is not support related. I’m not the only one dealing with that bug. Something obviously happened since your last update.

First of all, please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update and check again and if yes then let me clear one thing.
We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.

i think your theme didn’t fully supported Dokan plugin, if you download Dokan free version and goto ->plugins\ dokan-lite\includes\ThemeSupport,
you will see all the themes that Dokan supported and your theme is not there.
i think they add a sittings or something in those themes menus.
Please check that.

Porto WordPress is fully compaitable with Dokan MultiVendor plugin, Infact this plugin is included in the Theme Package as well, And yes you are right, we are working on it with Dokan plugin and soon Porto will also be included in that Folder, but you can use our Theme with Dokan plugin now you will not find the single issue.

import is working on live website/server. XAMPP is virtual host on my computer and it’s meet all requirements for theme. PHP configuration are set to max values and it’s not working. I have 2 different themes from different authors and demo import working fine.

Dear Support Porto,
Is posible to force Wordpress to show the available updates of Porto Theme? My wordpress still not detect the last update (2 days ago). I asked support and you told me to update manually, but I’m a bit afraid of that. And according policy company is difficult to obtain remote assistency.
Any solution? Or in the next update can do any button to check if any available update? Similar as WPML have one similar.

I can understand your company policy, but the update Notification is set/hide/disabled from WordPress or from Hosting, There is no link of the Theme with it, Please contact your hosting provider and ask to turn ON the update Notifications of the Theme and Plugins and it will simply show the update button again in your WordPress for the Themes and Plugins.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins from your site including the cache plugins as well, and then decativate the cache folder under wp-content and wp-content/uploads and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plgins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

I’ve updated the ticket and added the wordpress credentials. I would purchase the support, but this isn’t a new setup issue. This is an issue in the files that I’ve purchased.

Can’t import the demos on a localhost and I can’t import demos on a live server. I guess this is why I bought this theme 3 years ago and have never used it. The new import system is terrible imo. It doesn’t give a reason as to why the “Resume installation is failed!” or why the “Package can’t be download”. It doesn’t give any clue as to why it’s failing and my server is plenty adequate. The server check is in the clear across the board.

Thanks for the response, and yes I updated everything before trying to import. As far as the purchase support, no. I have purchased your Porto WP, Porto Html, Porto Drupal, Porto Admin and… Porto Newsletter (before you took it down and then reposted it up under a new version).
