Thank you for your interest in our theme. Unfortunately, our Newspaper theme has not been developed to support the RTL version. Also, please note that it is not an easy task to rewrite all the theme’s functionality including the core page builder and required plugins to make it RTL; this means that the theme might be affected and we cannot provide support for this. I’m sorry! If you change your mind and want to build a website for the left to right language, please send us your pre-sale questions at contact@tagdiv.com, and we would be happy to assist you.

Please i have built a new website ( https://kwadwosheldon.net ) with Newspaper with the FastNews demo, everything works fine on PC but does not display on mobile (The menu, posts, pages, footer, ....shows different thing).

That is the optional mobile theme, please read the guide https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/ If you don’t want to use it, simply deactivate the plugin. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile.

I am having a lot of issues with AdSense and its loosing my revenue..
- Mobile Ads sometimes comes sometimes don’t - Desktop Ads same. - NO above the fold.

If the ads sometimes load and sometimes not, it sounds like an Adsense issue, ads are not being delivered maybe. Are you sure the this issue is caused by the theme? If that is the case, we could take a look. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website. Mention what you suspect is causing this issue from the theme. Also provide the license key. Let us know.

Can’t update Logo in Header or Footer template! Any solution?
I have the exact same issue – I have reported to support but so far, after 5 days, I am still waiting for a solution…..Please can you help fix this as it only happened after upgrading the theme?

Fantastic theme, you did a great job. What I want to tell you is to seriously think about adding custom fields in the blocks and making the theme in step with the big newspapers. Possibility also to make subtitles linkable under the title

What means Pro Themes Demo? they´re not included in the theme?

Hi, I had purchased your theme in the past and found it great.
I now have a new project and would like to make some tests to see if your theme fits. The tests will be on a local (offline) server on my machine: do I need do buy another licence for that?
Of course, if I decide to transfer the project online I will buy another one. I am just afraid that attempting to activate a second (local) copy with the same purchase code might mess things up on the actual live website.
Also, would I be able to transfer all of the data created locally with the old code onto a live website with a different purchase code?

If you are using the Classic Editor plugins or extension, try to disable it, remove the logo with the problem and re-update it again. Also, if the problem check if the PHP extension named fileinfo is installed on your dedicated server. Just starting out and installed the full demo Newspaper theme on the site and came across this error message in the header, it’s not easy to spot on the black colour?
Weather API error: Invalid API key. Please see http://openweathermap.org/faq#error401 for more info.
How do you remove this error message from the header on the demo theme and where to find the settings for weather API, please?

Hi guys, sorry im going nuts with the “Auto Post Loop” option, i tried to ged rid of it globally, by post template, but whatever i do its there. Automatically with no option to deactivate. Can someone help. There is no Post Loop section, no button, no tool to manipulate, deactivate. I really think this is a very annoying aspect. Looking forward for any help. Thank you
