That depends on the caching you use for the website. Caching is in most if not all cases the cause of the issue you mention. The mobile theme works fine with the WP Super Cache https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Other caching plugins may work as well however. If you use a different caching plugin, I would suggest to check if it has a dedicated option for mobile theme support.

Hello, I updated from version 9.2 to version 10.3.2 the site was distorted, I then returned to 9.2. I think I need to update to 9.8 and then go to 10.3.2 How do I download version 9.8 ?

That is not necessary, you can update to the latest version directly. Just be sure to update all the theme plugins and install/activate the standard pack plugin. If that is indeed the caption of the image, with an option is not possible to display it like that, on the side of the image, as far as I know. I know i can set in “gallery” grid to featured but all posts must be ONLY in featured category so admin needs to mannualy add/remove category from posts every time new post is added which is really annoying.

There will be duplicates in pages if you use the same filtering and sorting. That can be avoided by filtering/sorting the grids and blocks differently. There are plenty of settings for blocks and grids https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ If it is required to use the same filtering, then try the offset option https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/ to skip a number of posts that are displayed in other elements in the same page.

1. The theme doesn’t support RTL unfortunately, sorry for the inconvenience.
2. There isn’t actually a schedule for the updates, they are released when new features, fixes, improvements are added to the theme. You can check how often updates are available in the changelog, at the bottom of this page https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
3. I don’t have a direct comparison guide between our theme and other themes that I can provide. You can check most of the theme features and the release date in the themeforest presentation page
4. Each demo can be installed after installing the theme. All the demo content will be imported in your website, and you can customize it as you want. We can provide PSD files if needed, mostly for the logos.

There are elements in our theme that can be set as RTL, but it will not work properly if you set a RTL language in WordPress.
This is on our list for improvements, unfortunately, we can not say when this it will be implemented in our themes.

On mobile devices Sometimes my website opens with red menu bar and some time with the black one. But When ever it opens with that red one it takes too time to load whole page. Mobile menu background img is also sometimes get change transparent…. What to do? And yes sry for bad english! Thanks

Newspaper 10 is the name and version of the theme. The Newspaper default demo is I believe the first provided demo, when the theme was created. It requires the standard pack plugin to be active in order to install it. The Newspaper default PRO demo is based on that first demo but built in a different way. It requires the cloud library plugin to be installed. More about it in this article https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/ Installing a PRO demo means that the standard pack plugin can be deactivated.
Customizing the comment section layout is possible, there are layout settings for it https://prnt.sc/rzknjl

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Hello, it is ok to install the demo from the Demos section. I know this. The main issue which I described was this: I want to make a Post Template/ Page Template just like the Recipe Single Post Demo like https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/td-post-frozen-blood-and-sand-cocktail/ But When I go to the Template Cloud Section, there is no Demo of Recipe Demo. Did you add this demo in Template Clouds? I am unable to find this Demo in Cloud Templates

Unfortunately, it seems that the template was not included in our Cloud Templates. I will pass this suggestion to our development team but please note that we cannot say for sure if this will be or not implemented in future updates. Another alternative, in this case, would be to install the demo to another subdomain of the localhost and take the code from there and paste it into your live website.
