At the moment these sizes aren’t adjustable out of the box. If you’re familiar with coding, you can try solutions from this guide https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/image-sizes-theme-developers/ or you can hire a separate developer to customize your layouts.

As I can see your Image height is set to be 35px. Open your header in Header Builder, hover over Image element and click “Pencil” icon. Once settings appeared, go to Design tab and remove all sizes there, then go to Height tab and set all the Heights there.

Your request is rather related to WordPress customisation than to Impreza theme. Append the next code to functions.php of your child theme to apply different tag:
