Hi, Can you please tell me that why shortcode of WPML language in not woriking in header-top-area.php, it mess the dropdown. currently I have put this shortcode in single.php but dropdown goes to back to hero image so generally its not working in both template. I want to work with header-top-area file if its possible.

I have bought several BeTheme licenses. Most of the time I register the license I buy locally in the development phase and then publish it live when it’s done. I then delete the development files but often times forget to de-register the license first. This causes some headaches as I’m not able to de-register the license after the deletion. How can I de-register a license when this happens?

if you mean Side Slide Menu like for example we did on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/organic/, we do not have such option included into Header Builder add-on but we will consider it while future updates of course as it is a good idea.

Yes I mean this menu type for mobile view. As we dont use the header builder we can select it in theme options, but not on header builder. that’s too bad
Like we said, right now it can not be used with Header Builder plugin but we will add this possibility soon.

I am trying to add some extra css to the shop category archive pages but i cant seem to be able to find the right tag. I know woocommerce pages use .woocommerce , .woocommerce-page and .post-type-archive-product and for the single product .single-product but i cant seem to be able to find the one for the shop category pages. pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) or Elementor because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer and Elementor just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires much better hosting service than Muffin Builder.

What “insertion” normal user won’t understand? Do you mean shortcodes like https://prnt.sc/s0nqxa ? If yes, those are plain/raw shortcodes and they are being used in situations when it is necessary to achieve desired layout.
Things like this are much easier to use and using them that way, you can achieve more diverse layouts. If you will have a closer look on our demo with shortcodes listed https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#buttons you will see that each shortcode has been described.
If you wish, you can also use Visual Editor—> https://prnt.sc/s0nug3 item instead of Column where you have WYSIWYG editor with shortcodes included but it is not as flexible as Column in our opinion. Using any WYSIWYG editor you are always somehow blocked with possibilities.
According to CSS, we provide it in case when someone ask for something what is not included. We understand that each user is different, sometimes needs something that can not be achieved with included options and then we provide custom css to help him with what he need. Please note that we can not add any single thing that someone ask for because in such case we would have millions of options for the most basic/simple things what has huge impact on server requirements and page speed loading. But as you know, those aspects are really important nowadays. Therefore, we must balance between adding options according to most frequently asked questions and factors as mentioned above.
