Hi, I wanted to ask you a question related to automatic theme updates . If have Xstore theme installed in the main domain and a clone (staging site) on a subdomain for testing. Do I need to buy a new licence if I use the theme in a subdomain? Can I do automatic updates on both sites (Same licence=same project)? Regards

You can use auto-update for the production site only. Autoupdate won’t work for the staging site, use FTP method to update theme/XStore core plugin on the staging site.

Hi again, I’m user of your theme. I’m facing a little bit problem. If you can help me or suggest me then it would be great for me. My problem is, I have created a custom post type. I have used WP Bakery builder for my custom post type. It works fine but background color/image doesn’t show on the front page. But I can set the color/image on the background of the WP Bakery. Can you tell me how can I can fix it?

If you want to use WPBakery for the custom post types you need to initialize WPBakery for this post types. Check how we did that for our custom post type – Static Block using etheme_static_block function http://prntscr.com/s39pmb and do similar for your post type.

Hello, we need to set different headers for our WPML languages, we created several headers with multiple-headers function in header builder, but are unable to assign them to a specific language, could you guide us step by step on how to achieve this?
We tried the following: 1) Go to Header builder > Multimple headers > edit header > select conditions in “Where do you want to display your header?”
HERE WE HAVE SET “ENTIRE WEBSITE”
2) Go to Dashboard > change language http://prntscr.com/r8e100 , then open Header builder > Multimple headers > edit header. If you want to set the same header for pages on different languages you will see empty condition fields – do not delete them, because that means that their condition affects other languages, not the main one (selected via the top bar in your Dashboard), just add a new one condition and select pages.
WE DO NOT SEE THE EMPTY CONDITION FIELDS HERE
As a result, all conditions will work for all selected pages, but via the Multiple headers can be seen only conditions/pages of the current main language, and other conditions are shown as empty.
Can you guide us step by step on how to set up content in the header builder for specific languages? and maybe in the future add a condition to use wpml languages in there.

This problem could be caused by a few reasons:
1) You are trying to update theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to Theme Options > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again
2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.
You can also update the theme via FTP instead of auto update – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

I am trying to create a mega menu. I follow the instruvtions found on your support videos. The problem is that I select the megamenu from the “menu options” dropdown but when I hit save it does not save the settings. And the megamenu is not created.

After the update, the logo on every > single product page < disappeared?!? On home page, subpages and categories, however, it is normally visible. Any idea?

Thanks for suggesting! I immediately remembered why this could happen. I had a Multiheder set up for certain pages. Now I just set it to the whole site and it works great. Of course I use Child theme.
