Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add Membership functionlaity. You can try suing a plugin for that if you want but we cannot say for sure it will wor work or not as expected with the theme.

You can use the website manager which is available for all pages and cloud templates, in the composer https://prnt.sc/s4fyav You can choose specific headers and footers for specific pages, or choose to remove them. I also noticed that if I create a page with the TD, add a text & title box, edit it with the Editor to write the text, that I can not SAVE IT. If I close the popup the changes are gone.

That would mean there is a conflict/issue. In most cases it is caused by plugins, deactivate them all temporarily, leave just the theme plugins active. Then check if it works correctly, chances are it will.

I deactivated all plugins and still have the same problem. Changed in the editor can not be saved.
I can bypass this problem by using one of the cloud page templates. How do I do that. I was able to assign search and post templates. But did not find a solution for how to use a cloud page template.

There are no cloud page templates, in the cloud library there are ready made pages and homepages that can be imported at any time, but they are not actually templates to be applied to pages. If the issue still exists even without the plugins, then something else is causing it, it will have to be investigated. That is the Newspaper theme indeed. From what I can see the website you mention doesn’t have a demo installed. It uses a predefined header and footer, and the page is built with the composer. If you would like a similar layout you can for example use the browser inspector, to see which elements were used exactly in the page https://prnt.sc/s4ft7l We could try and help you do it, you can create a new topic in the theme support forum.

The results depend on the original image you use, and the size you set for the featured image https://prnt.sc/s4fpbl Using a smaller thumb would result in a blurred/stretched image. Use a bigger thumb if necessary, for the best results, if your image is big enough. Also, if you use image optimization plugins or services, these can affect the quality of the images.

Sorry but the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to limit displaying the authors to three. You should check the core files and implement there this limit. It seems to be a limit for the number of authors (20) and if you want to change it you need to edit the theme core file. Yes, you can use the theme license in this regard. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Meaning, if I like a post type from one of your demos, can I simply change it to suit another demo which I may prefer more overall? Same question regarding the front page features and slider? Is there some sort of setting that would allow a loading gif when clicking on a link? On any website when you click, there is a slight delay with loading the next page, but if I could get a little loading gif, I would know I am loading that page.

You can install the plugin composer plugin manually if all other methods failed. It is provided in the full theme package at all times, in the plugins folder. Install it through WordPress.
