i downloaded the themes and install the demo but it looks totally different from the actuall demo and i get this message saying stockholm is not compatible with the latest verison of woo commerce. i am trying to get support but they made it so complicated to contact them, when i ty to get support, all i get is the faq page and there no way to contact you guys. is there any way to solve this?

At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.
However, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

I’ve used the theme, the element ‘latest post’. There’s only two order options, can you have random order please. Or else it only displays Ascending or descending order by date or title… Also a random picture slideshow from all media minus logos etc.

thanks but that’s completely different, adding an element while making a post or a page, having the option to display recent posts, but it only has two options, most recent or by title. I’m not asking for customisation. But for future themes so everyone has the benefit from the use.

I’d like to put instagram as a widget in the content bottom and also figured out how to do it. But the instagram integration is not working somehow. Is it possible for you to update the packaged plugins?
We notice that the LayerSlider WP has an update 6.11 which includes important security patches.
They don’t state exactly what these are but it’s concerning because all it would take is for someone to compare the changes to uncover these possible vulnerabilities.

Is it possible to choose a different mobile header to the header on the desktop site? Also – is it possible to have a different picture on hover of product items?

Thanks for taking an interest! When it comes to the mobile menu it is the default mobile header which will be displayed and you do not have an option within our theme to change the mobile header layout.
If you wish to change the header appearance on the desktop you do have a variety of options to choose a header type within our themes options.
As you can see on this demo https://stockholm14.select-themes.com/ you do have an option to have different images on hover.

So within our themes options you do have an option to have like a regular menu https://stockholm14.select-themes.com/ , enable a left side area menu or have a full screen menu (it is a full screen menu with hamburger menu opener, not a mobile menu) active. 1) is it possible to have a video portfolio, where instead of opening each video on a separate page, videos (from vimeo) will open in a pop-up on top of the portfolio page. That way a visitor can go through all the videos without leaving the page. (I’d appreciate if you could point to an explanation on how to do it).
2) is it possible to add some text in that pop-up too? Just right under the video, so I can put a short description there?

But also, there is option under each Portfolio Settings to add video url for external lightbox content http://screencast.com/t/Qp30a57H So, on this way you could have video from vimeo opened in lightbox in portfolio list http://screencast.com/t/bWJS5l9iWL You could set this on all portfolio items in your portfolio list to achieve desired effect. As you could see there is no option to add any description, but if you modify our template it could be done.

Hi – I purchased this theme in 2016 to use for my website, and after a rough patch a while later I didn’t renew hosting and it’s no longer up. I’m now trying to rebuild the site on a different host, but it won’t allow me to use the purchase code without de-registering, which I cannot do. I remember very well how to use the theme, and don’t want to have to pay the 50 bucks to renew support, as we’re in the middle of a global pandemic and money is tight. Could you please issue me another purchase code or allow me to use my old one? I’m trying to register it for a site with the same domain name, just on a different host. Again, the old site no longer exists. Thanks!
