Hello 
I just bought and installed this nice template.
Once activated template & plugins, I tried to import the demo data.
In both of the cases (demo 1 or demo2) the operation gets stuck in a 500 error.
So I tried to re -run the import. It finally got stuck with:
[WARNING] Failed to import action-group wc_update_product_lookup_tables
[WARNING] Failed to import action-group woocommerce-db-updates
Note: I tried also to add to the wp-config file set_timelimit(500) but it did not solve.
I am pretty skilled with php, mysql ,please let me know if there’s anything I can do (i.e. run some queries) to fix this.

P.S. Wordpress 5.4.2 fresh install, woo commerce 4.2.2 – I do not have full access to the sever (i.e. no ssh, no php.ini) just ftp + adminer

you need to change the name from theme admin extras then you can flush permalink
yes, in Cleaning Services Options -> Extra Settings -> Slug Cleaning Service if empty is the original URL www.mydomain/cleaning_services/myservice, which value should i enter in “Slug Cleaning Service” to delete the “cleaning_services” on URL? For my SEO i need to have a domain without “cleaning_services” on URL, i need to have myservice1, myservices2, etc exactly after mydomain Thank you
you can not use blank you need to use any name as this is post type. You can stop using this and use regular wp page if you want other way. Thank you
Hi, i am working now on my live domain blocked for robots, but i think is better to work on a test domain and when finish migrate all to live domain but still working on a test domain (blocked for robots) for more pages and post and every time when finish and test migrate to live Domain. Your live and test domain can activate if they are same domain. If they are cross domain then you are not able to activate same time. Just deactivate test site and inform us we will remove other domain Thank you
if i deactivate the test site, can i still working there? i need to test there the new sites and posts before i upload those to live domain. As well i want to have the test domain as backup falls something get wrong on my live domain. This test domain will stay blocked for all search engines. You can clone the site by duplicator plugin or back up. that is not a factor.
I am sorry to say these things because the design and the idea of the site is very valid but it has incredible shortcomings in my opinion because it’s developped with WPBakery Builder, that in my opinion the possibility of structural and design changes are really limited. Having never used it and i wanted to try it and I found myself in difficulty in structural and design changes. A trivial example is the inability to modify, in some cases, the tags (h1-h2-h3 etc ..) for text module. I asked for a refund because the product does not satisfy what I wanted, but I was denied. So unfortunately I will have to put a star as a judgment.

We have describe what is possible in our theme in our description, their is no hidden things written in our description. It is a niche based theme and for developed particular niche based customer. It is not multipurpose theme where thousand of customisation. Secondly we have count our customer need any try to overcome those limitation. We are updating our theme in Elementor version . which will more flexible for user, in the future. Thank you

I didn’t say that you have hidden things, I was looking for a niche theme for cleaning and your it’s ok. The problem is the builder used which has big limitations. I had never used it and I wanted to try but I didn’t think that simple things like the tags (h1-h2-h3 etc ..) on the texts could not even be modified, which is the basis. For this kind of limitation i asked for a refund. In any case, I hope that in the future you will use more elastic builders like Elementor or Divi (that it’s more elastic and customizable than Elementor). Thanks Dave

Did you download latest theme and plugins. If you want we can send you different url where you will see it work 100%. So without investigate your issue it is not possible to solve. If the issue is solvable without your site, why we are going to waste our time. We all time update our theme if customer report issue. Thank you
