Generating critical CSS is one of the bigger factors in site optimization.

In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Hi! The Filter Layout is not working for us, is it possible to disable it? We’re using the Page Layout ‘Wide Both Sidebars’, Filter Layout option selected: ‘Filters in Left & Right Sidebar’. The Filter Layout only appears on our current home page (Store) and when selecting a category, it disappears. Also there’s a Buy Porto at the end that we have no idea how to delete. This is confusing and time-consuming! please! Double-check the Theme’s editing workflow! Thanks!

This is because you have set the Main Product Image as Pink Dress Image from Product Page setting: https://postimg.cc/mzpnyWt2
and on selecting attributes another image has been replaced with the main image because you have set the other images as variation images for that product from Product Data >> Variations as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/67Jzw5Gv
, So if you do not want to replace the image then simply you have to remove the variation images by editing the variations and save changes.

Hi, we have enabled the shop page to show subcategories but we need to achieve the following:
1. Hide subcategories products count and the word “Product” below the image of each category
2. Make the name of the subcategory smaller. Using the inspect tool it looks like this is an h4 text which is very large.

But why that happens on PORTO theme only ? I have fullfilled all the system requirenments and it happens for no reason, its fresh instalation with few products only. I have installed over 100 online shops on that type of hosting (same specification) in that hosting company and all of them works fine even with 2-3 thousands of products, here its completely fresh installation and happens things like this, its hard to understand why if over 100 online shops on exactly the same type of hosting in same hosting company ,same specification of hosting works fine since very long time just trying to understand why in that case I got such strange errors and want to fix them cos your theme is really good and this is what I need but it must works without that kind of problems. I could understand if those shops have 1,000 or more products and some traffic, but they are completely fresh installation with 0 traffic (except me and the shop owner) and all of them have just few products

I have imported demo based on Visual Composer, but had also activated Elementor plugin , may that be the cause of this issue ? I mean running two visual editors on same website ?
I have disabled Elementor and for now it seems I can work , but as I see in debug mode in chrome a lot of errors like this appears

Is that [DOM] error is something normal /should happens ? I have few product categories which was added as usual via “Products/Categories/”.
Dont get me wrong I really like your theme, I had a big plans to switch from my main theme to yours to speed up building shops for my clients but those errors worries me a lot, I just dont want to get hundreds of phone calss from my client in the future with similiar problems.
The theme itself is perfect for me it has all I need, all the features, easy way of building shops on it etc, its great.

Sound’s Good!!! that you find the cause of the issue, Yes, that is the reason of the issue you were facing, you can not use both plugins at the same time, otherwise, they will conflict with each other.
Now, On your other issue, It seems you have some mess on your site because of both plugins, So, I suggest you to start from scratch one last time.
But before let me explain to you how it works:
Look first of all you need to understand somethings.
WP Bakery and Elementor both are different plugins and you can not use both at the same time or on each other content, They will conflict.
Now, If you Imported the WP bakery Demo and trying to use or edit the content with Elementor Demo then it will surely mess all the things.
You have to Import the Elementor Demo and then try to set the pages and content using Elementor Demo, you will not find a single issue.
The conclusion is, You can not use the Elementor plugin while using WP Bakery and Vice Versa.
Start from Scratch by notice in your mind the below-listed info:

We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.

You got me wrong, I did not say I edited something in Elementator (: it was just enabled, thats it, I importend demo for WP Bakery, and edited all the subpages with WP Bakery only, Elementator was enabled only and was not even touched till today when I disabled them, I just missed it was installed and enabled, I didnt touched it since installation and activation of that plugin .
Please tell me even that it was only enabled (not used) can do the mess during adding the products , categories ? They are not added thru Elementator as well as WP Bakery builder because that is builded in functionality of Woocommerce I done it in the wordpress/woocommerce editor.
SInce I disabled Elementator, everything works like a charm, but it still worries me why that errors showing up if I didnt edited any page with elementator. Those errors of course did nothing, everything works, probably I will leave it as is.

How to fix that ? Disabling your theme solve that problem I have purchased several licenses recently and I affraid my clients will sent a lot of complaints to me once I finish their shops . It happens only on your theme, I am also using Flatsome and Betheme without any troubles like this.

when I tried to add new product, this is very strange cos this shop has only 5 products for now and only your Theme installed with plugins you recommended, nothing more, its fresh installation I am on the beginning of the work.
