Hi! After adding a custom color to the Palette, when I select it in the Page Builder, the color isn’t applied. Instead a dark/black color is applied. Do you have any idea why the correct color isn’t being applied? Thanks!

Hi! If i setup my header image in contain mode the image is cropped while if i put in cover mode when i resize the browser window the image is looped on top and bottom, is thera way to make the header heigth adaptative based on width without cropping or image repeating?thannks in advance

If I’m not wrong Slider Revolution that is part of Uncode has a method but obviously the design then is limited.

Hello, I cannot register my theme, the spinner in the “system status” keeps turning and turning… I just cannot find any information on how to fix this. I have my valide purchase code and my envato username, but the theme would not want to register… Could you please advise on what can I do in this situation ?

I’m testing my website with gtmetrix.com and even if I activated most of the options in WP Rocket, it still says that I should minify my js. In particular, there’s this file that should be compressed. What should I do? Right now the file is 750kb. I already wrote to WP Rocket support team, they say that the plugin works fine, and that file is created by the theme. What to do?

Obviously this is a theme file but as you can see from the URL it is processed by WPRocket, you should really ask their supporters to check better, probably is not configured correctly, I can think you have not activated the minify options. Maybe yes the plugin works fine (it’s one of the best) but it does not minify the JS files on your site for some reason they should check.

I’m sorry but it’s not so easy to update the icon file or something that you can do yourself, anyway I see that this icon is part of the Font Awesome 5.0 and it’s not possible to incorporate the version 5 icons in the actual Uncode icon files, these are variable icons that are not supported at the moment (our icons pack is created with IconMoon and last time we contact them they report it still not possible to use). I think you need to rely to import a PNG and apply with some CSS tricks.

Morning! Animated gifs are not working with adaptive images, right? BR

Hi entdecker! Of course the Adaptive resize doesn’t work with animated Gifs because you would lose the animation, since the thumbnails creation process takes place on the server and they are not able to create Gifs (a long-standing WordPress problem). In a few words it’s by-passed.

Hello! I’m having problems saving the options on the redirect page. I set the Active Redirect option to ‘on’, select the page and then click on Save Changes. Then it says ‘Theme options updated’ and redirects me back to the redirect options page, where I can see that no changes have been made and that Active Redirect is set to Off again, which is very frustrating.. I tried it on Firefox too, where after clicking save changes, the page responds with ‘Theme options not updated’ – any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi gojko3! No actually I don’t remember any user complain this problem with the redirect option. Are you compliant with the requirements in the System Status? Are you able to save Theme Options in general or it’s limited only to this option (that seems odd)?

Everything is in the green in the System Status except for PHP Max Input Vars (allowed) – which is set to 999, every other setting seems to work fine when saved.

Text strings in Uncode Privacy plugin can’t be handled from the backend, so you have to translated with a plugin, if you need to translate them, or do modify them with the filter `gettext` in this way:

Hi! I am having an issue with the search function in Uncode.

I built a content block with a post module and pointed towards it in the theme options > search.

In my post module content block I have checked “dynamic query” and the “portfolio” post type. However, when I search the page using the search icon in the menu it will show both pages, portfolios and posts—as well as many search results that do not include the search term. It looks incredibly messy.

Do you have an idea of what I am doing wrong—or is what I am trying to do not possible?

Our support takes care of the native features of the theme, as it is the author of the plugin who must give you all the directions for integration into the theme where you want to use it. Please read my answer above carefully. Our support agents can’t know or study every plugin since there are more than 30.000. This is a product of another author and he has to give you the correct directions and support. Please also review the official ThemeForest policy (support is related only to plugins that are included in the product and no extra features or customizations): https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support
So since you bought, or you are going to buy a Premium plugin with support included I don’t understand why you don’t ask the author of this product for a support, by the way, they are the expert for this, and the official policy it’s pretty clear in this.

Can I get an answer now? Or I can write to you from other accounts too, or buy the theme again… the point is Envato is not suited for developers managing different clients’ accounts and issues may arise in new versions of the theme. So are we to understand that if an issue comes up the day after support expires, we are screwed and bought a theme that only worked for x time and then bye? This is not just support because I don’t know how to use a theme, this is about a new bug that wasn’t there when support was active. I don’t like the policy to begin with, money isn’t the issue. Also, now I’ll have to ask the client to forward me your answer, since I won’t get it to my email… and they’ll probably not even see it or understand what the reply email is, so I’ll have to check this page manually…

Can you please check if your custom VC has issues with third party addons, specifically https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-term-listing-visual-composer-addon/ but not just? Can you provide a custom snippet for a custom VC module (even a really simple one) that I can test on the client’s site, that you know for sure works? Is it too much to ask?

Sorry about the frustrated comment, it comes from the Envato’s platform…. both with clients’ account (non)management and that if a theme is purchased and anything happens even years later (since updates are provided), it leaves customers in an awkward position. I’d rather buy it directly from you honestly.
