I have uploaded background video for slider with Qode slider option. I am able to see it in desktop and laptops. But I am not able to see the same video in mobiles. Do we have any specific settings for get the same in mobiles?
Also i have installed Yost SEO and Google Analytics plugins in our site. After installing these plugins, its showing white dead error when we click on logo of landing page.

WooCommerce is a free plugin that you can update for yourself. If you’re referring to outdated WooCommerce files it’s a rather usual information. It came out of the WooCommerce latest update and once you imported our demo content, the old WooCommerce demo product templates were pulled and that is causing the information to be displayed. Plus there’re 500 Bridge demos available, so it’s not that easy to find exact similarities.

Dear Qode , I was updating parent theme 2.9 Elision and child 1 active . I Install Envato market plugin and make update to parent theme 4.3 while i had active child theme and install Elision Core plugin.
Then my website collapse and became totally white page with only manu button and Qode logo on it
i activate parent theme and install automatically, not manually from folder , LayerSlider WP and WPBakery Page Builder .
Activate again child theme and go to Qode Options and click on a Save button to generate new static files and options. Still no improvement on child theme . What i need to do to fix it ? Thank you
Additionally i notice that “theme has 14 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them” how to fix it

Where can find license number of my theme in order to be able to update ?Previous developer that bought theme at his envato account not cooperating to provide license. How can i update the theme ? should i buy the theme again to download elision.zip ?

Thanks for writing in. Please note that you can only access the theme files from the Envato account from which the theme has been purchased from. As from this account you always have the ability to download the latest themes files and update your theme.
So in your case, as the previous developer does not want to share this information you could consider purchasing the theme once again. That way you will always have access to our themes files as well you will get 6months of support included. You can check if the Core plugin is installed in your Plugin tab, if it is not installed you will for sure have a message that you need to install it as it is a required plugin that you do need to have in order to have the features of the theme.

I imported the demo with the one click mode. - Since then, in my domain’s top menu appears a 3-bar menu that links to the demo. How can I remove it? - In addition, how can I change the Elision logo with my own logo in the top and footer menu? this function isn’t allowed anymore since I have imported the demo.

Hi there,
Sometimes it may occur that menus appear as very long and with duplicated menu items – this issue can occur on demo import, especially if the Import button is clicked several times. In the event you run into this matter, simply delete the additional menu items.
Here’s a 3rd party plugin we found very useful when it comes to deleting extra menu items. It renders an X icon next to all items on the menu, and you can remove the ones you wish with a single click.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-remove-menu-item/Of course, you can also opt to delete the imported menus altogether and create your own from scratch.
You can also check our themes documentation as you do have our themes options where you can change the logo to yours as well as our widget area in Appearance > Widgets where you will be able to change the footer logo.

When will you update the theme, for woo commerce compatibility? Please advice if you have decided not to update anymore, as we really need to find a solution for compatibility with the last plug in

The last compatible version of WooCommerce which is included with the theme is 3.7, and everything works fine with that version of the plugin.
We will include the compatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce in our next theme update and we didn’t decide to stop supporting & updating the Elision theme. Note that the 4.0 version should also work fine with our themes since the changes they applied are related to the backend.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.
