hi, in the theme options there is an area under “Header” menu where you can fillout the “Mini Cart Icon”Mini Cart Icon”. what do we need to add there so that we can change the mini cart icon? is it font awesome code?

Hi I’m interested in switching my current E-Commerce store to this theme, I have a few questions if you don’t mind answering.
1) For example, on a product page, in a mobile display do the sidebars appear above the products, on my current theme, when browsed on a mobile device the sidebars appear below the products, which is a problem as I use the sidebar to display product filters.
2) On creation of product attributes for woocommerce products, does the theme allow attributes to have product archives in the store? Furthermore, can I add a sidebar to the page of the custom attributes, as I would like my product filters to appear on an attribute page so the customer can easily find the term that they are looking for.
3) Currently my theme has a layout panel page, which allows me to manually adjust what page, product, product category has what side bar and where it is placed.
4) How mobile friendly is this theme?
5) How fast does the theme load by itself?

1. You can simply change the Position of the Sidebar on Mobile version of the site from Bottom to Top using simple Custom CSS snippets given below:

You can use Filter Product by Attribute Widget under Appearance >> Widget >> Woo Category Sidebar and set that Widget for any of the particular attributes as per your requirements, you can use it multiple times and it will appear on Shop and Category Archive pages sidebar and Customers can easily filter the products using it.
3. Porto WordPress provides the functionality to set the page/product/post/custom-post-types layout Globally from Theme Options and Specifically for any page using Page Options. Please note that the Page Options layout will override the Global Layout.
4. It is pretty much Mobile Friendly, You can check our Demo site on your Mobile as well.
5. Hi thanks for the reply, I have a few more questions.
1) On the Shop demo 5, how many menu items can fit on the primary menu on a desktop view, on my current website I have 8 different menu items.
2) If I decide to change to this theme, if i create a staging site with the porto theme on a subdomain, where I can impement the theme and make all my changes, as to not disrupt my live site or put it in a maintenance mode. How can I transfer the subdomain/staging site with the new theme onto my existing domain.

Hi, I’ve purchased the theme now, I have a few issues I’m sure you can help. The domain in question is http://www.safeppemasks.com/. I am using Header Type 1.
1) How do I change the phone number at the top header bar that says: (123) 456-7890
2) I have set up a menu to go on the top navigation bar, however it does not appear on the desktop site. I can only see the default Contact us page, and about us page which does not lead to anything. However on the mobile version, if you click the menu, it shows the top navigation bar I have set up which contains my actual contact us, about us page, and a page called test.
3) How do I adjust the menu button on mobile version to be a sort of overlay menu that opens from the left, rather then a menu that just goes down.
4) Where can I change the typography colour for woocommerce products, eg the product title, the product price.

You can not directly put the complete search form on Header in mobile version, because header search form requires more space and mobile version of the header has small space so that is the reason it is not designed as you want, This requires Customization.

Without using Custom CSS, you can not do it, If you change the Font Family from Theme Options then it applies on complete site Globally on all the pages, posts, products, custom post types, etc…. and if you only want to set the Font Family only on Blog page then you have to use Custom CSS and then add that Custom CSS by editing your Blog Page under Custom CSS option and it will work for you.

We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.
