No, we don’t have compatibility with Ultimate Member and you can’t filter by custom fields form WPJM Fields Editor
I found some your comments that this theme is compatible with UM. I’m confused.
So, do you mean theme has no problem with using UM but needs custom design? or not compatible anymore after updating theme version?
That would be probably old comments from version 1.x, since 2.0 we don’t use UM for anything and don’t have any special functionality for it
So sad.. Do you have reported issue with UM? I really want to use your theme.
I don’t need compatible designs of UM. It will be ok if your theme function(apply, submit job, etc..) works well after installing UM.
Because i will just use registration, private message and realtime notification with UM
I don’t think anyone uses that with WorkScout, when it was available before 2.x update I’ve seen just 2 websites using UM. If you wish we can make it that way that if you buy WorkScout and it won’t work with UM like you want it to work or you won’t be able to do it, we will refund you theme.

Revolution Slider is included in theme on developers license which means we bought it for higher price to be able to include it in my theme. You as end user can use it only with this theme, and do not get the license key that is used to auto-updates and the premium features it offers (like downloading some example slider, although part of them is for free).
Updates of Revolution Slider comes with the updates of the theme. You can of course buy your own copy of Revolution Slider if you want it faster or need support from plugin authors, but that’s not necessary.
i have removed demo jobs and added some new jobs with company name but Browse companies now does not show any alphabets order to find companies just show the code [job_manager_companies], I dont under if something missing?

i disabled the login and sign up option in site, but when a posted job is open under companies details there is a button to send message (where now says login to send message but since the login option is disabled on click pop is blank) is there any option available to remove that button ?

We have an issue that the site is using both Locations and Regions. We received response from support in relation to this a week ago saying they would resolve this the next day so that the site only used Regions and not Locations however since then my support requests have not being responded do. Could you please advise.

With all due respect our response time is up to 48h and I don’t have obligation to respond to comments one by one. I was working on the update longer because if I remember correctly you wanted region search also for Resumes, but this is not available out of the box with “regions for wp job manager” plugin, I had to figure that out. Update is almost finished and will be released today, I still have one problematic fix for registration form.
When we add a custom Job Field it does not display in the job details, or the job search page. It only appears on the Post a job form but nowhere else. How do we have custom fields display as search criteria in the Search Job page and in the job listing itself?

We are facing and issue to get find the ajax file for search page and could you please let us know on which file is the ajax call for the search page? We have debuged all files in theme and we haven’t found any ajax related file.

I’m not sure what you are asking about. There’s no ajax file for search page. Search page is workscout/archive-job_listings.php or page.php
Can we edit the single Resume page? I would like to add a carousel or related resumes to a single resume. How can I do that?
We don’t have such options for resume, the file that displays single resume listing is workscout/single-resume.php

There’s a problem with account creation. When a person tries to create an account with a username that already exists on the site they do not receive an email with a reminder of the username and password and no message stating that the username is already in use appears.This leads the user to think that he has to wait for the mail.
Do you have an idea how to fix this please?

you can disable the option Hide Username field in Registration Form in WorkScout Core -> Registration so users will be able to pick their own user name

For nicknames the problem is that if someone takes his first name as a nickname for example Alex or Jake and these are used he will not know the reason why he does not receive the mail.

1) we will adapt this for Jobs theme- can we load a list of company /import companies – as excel or xl file with their logos and emails to ensure a preloaded list is included?
2) On Ads type – is there a pay per click option? – For instance can an employer create a Job Ad – and only pay when potential candidate pay on the Job Ad? – I can see you have a bidding option but do not see an option for paying only when someone clicks – {for example on LinkedIn a company creates a link – and only pays when a potential interested party clicks – the company is paying per click.
3) Is there private communication between employers and employees?
4) can we work on the Job Theme from elementor / wordpress ?

ad1. This is a Jobs theme? not sure what you want to adapt. But there are no companies, just job listings, you can import them with WP All Import

yes, regular license is fine, and yes, those terms are not clear even for us, but we didn’t created those licenses, Envato did (and even they were never able to give me clear answer about that).
