can you tell me what themes are built with wpbakery vs muffin builder?
Hi,
all pre-built layouts included into Be, were built with Muffin Builder (except few that been made with Elementor so far) tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WPBakery Page Builder (previously known as Visual Composer) because it is an additional plugins and in reference to license agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, WPBakery Page Builder is too demanding because of hosting services requirements.

the images/media you see on pre-built websites works on different licenses so it depends which images you want to use on your site exactly. Some of them operate under a free license, some we made ourselves but for some, we bought licenses. So basically, if you want to use these last images legally, you need to buy their licenses as well.

I made the mistake of buying that when I needed to buy an additional license for this theme. Are you associated with them? Shouldn’t this be clearer, so people avoid the mistake I made?
Yes, we are aware of that. We gave them permission to sell HTML version. So far we did not noticed any issues as HTML and WordPress sounds totally different Anyway, if you made mistake, you can always send refund request to owner of HTML version with explanation.
Hello. 2 days ago I bought the BEONEPAGE PRO. I download 4 zips, but when I wanted to installed at my wordpress , It was just allowed to installed the zip which was named beonpage-pro 1.8. When I activated that in my page , my website has FATAL ERROR and If was impossible for me not even get to my editor page. I had to call to my hosting support and they change the name of the THEME and they said that the problem was the theme.
I need help because i bought that theme to design my web and i have wrote to betheme support but I had to answer.

I’ve updated Betheme and bought Elementor, I’ve also installed the Consultant website, only if I try to export the “How to work” page entirely made with Elementor it always says “Muffin Builder data processing…” and it doesn’t go on. Is something wrong or will it not be possible to export a page if done with Elementor? Thnaks in advance.

Since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.
We are using Betheme Version: 21.3, I have checked the installation is registered with a proper purchase code. I can update other plugins like WPBakery Page Builder and Slider revolution but now I have issue with only LayerSlider https://tinyurl.com/y7dbkqsn
Layer Slider plugin requires its deactivation before update. So, please deactivate it, update and when it’s done, activate again.

Hi there,
Can you tell me what exactly a client will loose if they change the theme/ import another demo.
Client has a lot of pages and sliders and Ninja Forms and wants to select a completly different theme from the many that comes with BE Theme.
Just how will thier existing site be affected? Will they loose all thier existing pages? Will the pages still be in wordpress or will they be gone altogether? Will the custom forms created in Ninja forms still be thier
Will thier images still be in the media area of wordpress.
Essentially i’m trying to find out if changing the theme or demo template and changing it means a full rebuild, site layout resturcturing, forms redone, SEO re-done shop products , images and discriptions redone.
Essentially if you switch to a different demo template everything you’ve done for the client is completly wiped and all needs to be done again is this correct..?

Hi,
if you will not reset the database, you won’t lose anything. You can import any demo you like and only general settings/options will be overwritten. All existing pages/plugins will remain unchanged.
