Some times, It happens because of the old version of the Theme, Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme by following the below-given article and then try to activate the Theme I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore:

Please try to ping our server and let us know if it works.

Please enable the curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Hi, I would like to ask you a question. There is any way to set a standar fee for every variation of my products? As an example….I have a T-shirt which have 10 different colors, there is way to set a fee for each color and this added on regular price? I know that is not theme’s feature but I ask you if you have to suggest me any plugin.

It depends on your Hello Theme, If that Theme has modified elementor elements which you have used on your site then those elements will create some issues on your site, and you have to create those sections again with Porto WordPress Theme.

Remove Globally, You can remove the breadcrumbs globally from Porto >> Theme Options >> Breadcrumbs as showing below:

Remove from Specific Page/Post/Product/Custom-Post-Type:

Please edit the particular Page/Post/Product/Custom-Post-Type, and scroll below, you will find view options and under view options you will find an option to hide breadcrumb from specific page as showing below:

2. This is not an issue but this is how it works, obeviously the minimest number is 1 and when you only have the stock 1 left then it will not show to choose quantity. This is the default functionality of the Theme and WooCommerce.

The sliders work on desktop but they do not work on mobile. I tried with Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max on Safari and Chrome, the slider does not work. i cannot scroll products from left to right.

as far as i see, when new item was added to cart, website refresh the page on a demo.Is it possible to remove it ? Page wont be refreshed and item will be added on the same page to the cart ?

1. Please make sure that you have turned OFF the skeleton Mode from Porto >> Theme Options >> General as showing below, save changes and check your site after remvoing the browser cache.

2. Please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate “Dynamic Featured Image” plugin from there and then check your site after removing the browser cache, you will be able to add multiple featured images then.

Hi, I bought this theme, now i have to update Porto, few plugins like woocommerce, WP core and PHP but wondering about some compability issues that might arise. latest version of Porto is compatible with PHP 7.3, Woocommerce 4.1 and Wordpress 5.4.1?

WP Bakery Page Builder needs updating (current version is 5.4.5) to 6.2? which version is in the latest Porto of WP Bakery Page Builder?

Your theme (Porto) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Should I first update woocommerce then Porto or the opposite? When I tried to update woocommerce right after i got internal error

The following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: WPBakery Page Builder and Porto Functionality. Should i update these plugins after I install latest Porto or before while i still have the current version i have of Porto that is 4.6.1 version?

I currently have Wordpress 5.2.6, PHP 7.0.33 and MySQL 5.6. I will update WP and PHP after I update Porto

We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.
