Bug in the Theme – Top Navigation Pages with Dropdown Menu Are Not Clickable on Mobile http://jango.nikadevs.com/

Top navigation pages with dropdown menu are not clickable on Mobile though it works on desktop. We noticed it is a bug in the theme. We want to have it working both as dropdown and the page should be clickable. Please help.

Hello, I purchased your them and I think it’s great! But I have a question… Is there a way to show product category hierarchy? For example… If I use shop-components-1 and I have a category B with category parent A, is there a way to show all subcategories? Thanks

Hi. Our installation supports composer and drush. But you can’t install our theme from scratches only with the help of composer, because our theme doesn’t exists in the drupal repository. This is mean that you can upload our drupal folder and after this you can use composer which is already configured and coming with our theme. Thanks.

Hello Dear! after unzipped the theme, in Drupal_8 folder they are missing files. I have found only: 2 folders (web and vendor) and 4 files (.editorconfig, .gitattributes, composer.json and composer.lock). Please I need the Drupal 8 theme

I followed your instruction several times. And still the theme does not work at all. Now when I install in to with all structure from Drupal_8 folder after performing all actions from your manual it just shows “The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later”. You must fix your theme or write a proper documentation for it or stop fooling people!

You tolds us before what you followed our instruction exactly and what problem with our theme. Now you reported that this error appeared because YOU DIDN’T FOLLOWED OUR INSTRUCTION AND COPIED ONLY “WEB” FOLDER. We never asked to upload “WEB” folder only, you should upload all “Drupal_8” folder to your server.

PLEASE KEEP CALM AND DON’T WRITE IN CAPS LOCK. JUST GO TO OUR FORUM AND DESCRIBE US MORE DETAILS. YOU DIDN’T ANSWERED TO OUR

Please enable the PHP error reporting on your server so we will be able to see errors instead of just “The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later”. After this post these errors to our forum and we will help you. There can be a tons reasons why this message is showed.

And don’t try to persuade me as if I am unable to install the theme from Themeforest. I have an active website working nicely on Lozin Theme on Drupal 8. Did not have any problems while installing it!

Our theme installation doesn’t require composer (but you anyway will need it, because ANY drupal website with commerce can be installed ONLY with the help of composer – this is information from drupal.org https://monosnap.com/file/xQ6BJ45oGNMnmeq9bsfoecwOYQTMYb ).

How we can help if you don’t want to give us more information which we are asking from you? For example which files did you copied and what is the website URL so we wil be able to test it?

Usually the error which you mentioned is happened in the case then you copy only /web folder instead of the full Drupal_8 folder. This is default error which show that it can’t find autoload.php file which is coming with our theme.

But the error can be caused by other problem – this is why we asking for more information.

The error which you showed didn’t tell us to much (usually it’s mean that files were uploaded not correctly, or you are not running website by adding /web suffix at the end).

Why are you writing here, on the refund section, on the review page…. instead of just giving us more information on the support forum, so we will be able to tell you?

We are always ready to help our customers, but how we can help you if we don’t know which steps you made and what exactly are you trying to do?

I am having the similar issues as leramagenta. In accordance with Themeforest’s policy, the following policy applies to leramagenta’s refund request:

Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.

Theme does not seen to support Drupal 8 correctly.

I do request refund as well.

But why? We just answered to your question on the forum. Please give us more information:

- which type of installation

- which steps you have done

- which errors do you have

- what is the website url

We are waiting for you on our support forum.

And they don’t want to return the money.

The support is not helpful at all. I used the tutorial for installing Drupal 8 version. Finally it occurred that you must install Drupal 8 version only with composer. Otherwise it will not work. I asked the support to send me the proper tutorial for Drupal 8 version. And they sent me a screenshot for Drupal 7 installation. I am very disppointed that I wasted my money and time for this theme. Do not recommend to buy it.

I followed your instruction step by step. But your instruction seems to work only for Drupal 7 not for Drupal 8. Looks like it is impossible to install Drupal 8 version without a Composer. And you did not write about it anywhere.
