Hello,

I have latest version of Avada installed. No custom changes done in parent theme and no child theme present.

Currently I am facing an issue, the console log is not showing any javascript and jquery errors. This is weird and it is only happening with Avada site only. All other websites are showing errors in console log.

Secondly, the WooCommerce reviews submission form is not working on product pages. The submit button is dead. Users cannot submit any comment.

Hi there,

I found that there are some malicious script in the Avada theme file. I removed some but I’m worried about there are still some malicious script in the file. How can I reinstall the theme without changing any website layout and data?

I am afraid I do not get your query, we do not have any malicious code in our theme that is running its current version with 6.2.3 so please make sure that you are running our latest version and also reinstalling theme does not make any change on your Theme Options or content at all, if you still see any issues please contact our support team further.

Having issues with the social media icons not showing. Any suggestion how to fix this?

I would request you to please clear the cache from Theme options,by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Performance and click on “Reset fusion caches”, Screenshot here -> https://prnt.sc/p4pq0z Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window

Hi,

I purchased the theme and tried to install the demo but I had PHP limit errors. I tried to create an account on ThemeFusion (to create a support ticket), but I’m not receiving the confirmation email to verify my account.

We increased the PHP limits but I’m still receiving those errors. What should I do?

I found that my website with avada https://www.kaladrian.com has issues with google, this code is generated in all pages:

and must be:

how can I fix this?? I have tried to install another theme and it automatically changes this.

I need to add a language to an Avada website – one in Eng and one in French. Which translate plugin is compatible with the Fusion Slider, I used the qTranslate and the translator simply sticks to one language on both options? Please let me know which is easiest and compatible before i try other plugins. Thanks!

I am not really a fan of either of those plugins and they are extremely complicated. Is there a way in which I can make the qTranslate plugin compatible with the Fusion slider

Hello There You can use qTranslate but I do not see that it has the capability to create multi language site, its simply a translation plugin but not a multilingual plugin as far as i know.

Hello I have multiple attributes on the product page. Once the customer has selected one of the attributes, it negates them having to choose another attribute as they are not relevant. However the customer is unable to add to basket having only selected the one relevant attribute as it wanting them to select all product options. How do change this that the customer only needs to select one of the attributes and add it to there basket.

Hi, I purchased the item last year around September, I havent use it for quiet a while, when I tried to use it yesterday it seems all the theme has gone from my website and when I try to reinstall it it always says unauthorized, how does that happen? Is the support exired means to the end of the theme?

Even if the support for the theme has expired, it will not prevent you from installing the theme (as you have ownership of the theme for your site)
