Most of the media files are replace with placeholders when the user imports the demo content, except the video slider which is included in the demo content import.

Yes, the THEME is updating – but NOT the plugins that comes with the theme! The site somehow associate itself to two licenses. Theme one – plugins the other. Please remove connection to *32a21d4a0e26 so I can switch to *57ff1

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.
Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

Hi – yes, I understand. It was some time since I made the site.
I believe you need to remove also this registration: *-32a21d4a0e26 @ maudiebrady.com
It appears that the themes plugin licenses are connected to the first registration ending in 57ff1 – at least thats my guess. They cant be installed anew and they cant be upgraded.
If you remove also the above, I can try and revert to *57ff1.

Hello Kalium is listed as a blogging theme for designers. However, I like the look and would like to build an eCommerce multi-vendor site with it. Do you support this model – multi-vendor eComm. Hi there, I’ve been working this site: http://warrengraphics.co.uk/ as my first Kalium project. The the theme has been great and I’ve managed to achieve almost everything I wanted with the theme settings and a fair bit of custom css.
One tiny thing I can’t manage to fix alone is how to switch off the Nivo Lightbox on mobile only. I’m wondering this could be achieved with CSS or does it require JS modification?
Is this something you might consider adding as an option on future updates? I notice that many other themes have simple mobile on/off controls in the theme editor.
If I can get this working then I’ll have no hesitation in buying further licences as there’s high demand for clean portfolio sites and I can use what i’ve leant on this site to make future projects quicker and smoother. I look forward your response when time allows, I understand you guys are busy.

We don’t have any problem with Slider Revolution plugin that was reported by any user.
Please make sure that you have done those steps:
1— Make sure that you are using the latest version of Kalium, you can read the changelog here Kalium release notes.
2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

I have created a staging site to test Theme update.
I use Envato plugin to update Kalium but I get the error “Update Failed: This domain is not permitted to download the update!”
How can I bypass this error so I can test the update on staging site and not live?

The license you deactivated was activated on my final site…
I want to create a staging site to try the theme updates before going live.
Also, I don’t believe you can have another WordPress installation under a sub-page like the one you mention www.yoursite.com/staging
I believe the way you handle licenses is not convenient for developers to test theme updates or develop the site under this theme.
At least there should be an option for each developer to activate/deactivate the license on their own.

If the theme is activated in the same domain you can install it on several paths (folders) and it won’t require you to deactivate/activate the theme.
The reason why the activation process is launched is to prevent the theme from being illegally downloaded and used, that’s why we have made it possible only for localhost, test domains and sub-domains to be available to activate and deactivate the theme on your own.
